@@Flour-4 I love dmc5 but come on now, the different plots the characters are going through in y5 vary so wildly I sometimes forget they're all part of the same game. Everything in dmc5 is very intertwined but you could convince me that I dreamt up Saejima's subplot.
I won't pretend I don't know why RGGS didn't let us play as Haruka one last time at the Japan Dome, but as someone who actually liked playing as Haruka I think it really was a missed opportunity. They could have made this one automatically set at a new EX- Difficulty for a "final boss" and it would have been pretty fun I'd say.
In 7, you have those voiced cutscenes where you can hit X to advance the dialogue like you would for normal text. Get too impatient (like me) and important people just start teleporting into the conversation.
its really good, its the most diverse yakuza game, when you look back at it you're a taxi driver/racer who erased his name, you're an escaped convict turned village hunter who fights a mutated bear which is like 30 feet tall and won, you're a teenage girl who dreams of becoming a pop idol, you're a heavy smoker ex-multi millionare who's homeless by choice, and you're a washed up baseball player who was framed and betrayed most of his life
This is how I feel everytime I plays a soulslike. Last time playing Wo Long when I confronted the final boss I was at Discord and said to my friend "who tf is this?" and he was like "wot". First time seeing the dude I think.
