It took him 4 separate hits to die in this clip.. idk why this sentiment is sticking, it mostly happens in the uber high levels of pit, everywhere else is pretty decent if you’re built right.
@@devintittle8096 the pit enemy damage literally stops scaling at 100 it just doesnt feel that way ecause you arent steamrolling it and it all ends unstoppable if you are built even remotely well dying in the pit is not even close to the issue that boss damage is
@@sneaky5141 Exacly. Died to pitt 35. Even though I melted everyone in nanoseconds. Then the god damn boss Slither.. Problem is that theres no way to even practise these mechanics on hardcore. They should ass some boss training hall where to learn mechanics.. And dont say softcore, I could not play these type of games on soft for 5 minutes or more..
I have pöayed diablo4 all season but this one is the most boring🤔 its basicly only helltide to level 1-100 there are some good new things but first the game is no just stupidly easy. No one should play softcore at all. Also the uber items arent uber anymore because you can craft them🙄
It's definitely a major improvement for the game. I don't like how tempering can break gear though. I would rather spend an increasing amount of gold and resources to try to get the rolls I want rather than risk ruining an otherwise perfect piece of gear.

@@RandyMorales-um5gl rogue has by far one of the best leveling builds it’s the barrage shadow imbument build, super fun build that’ll get you to lvl 100 fast. When you’re ready to work on a heavy hitter building rapid fire or heartseeker build is nuts. 80 billion dmg procs

Maiden is tough some days. There have been times where I did not have a second to channel Incinerate. Constantly running from the 4 spawns, circles, big debuff circle. I don't do hardcore for this reason and Butcher... random run stopper lol.
Qs regarding barrier bubble if the enemy is also inside does it protect you or negates the effect of the bubble because it supposed to deflect attacks coming from outside? Thanks

My last death was a hellborn someone brought to the party that I didn't see coming. It one-shot me and 2 others. They can be nasty, it would've been nice if their arrival was announced to everyone close by, not just to the one who's unleashing it.

Happened to me yesterday on my 75 necro minion build.. wt3 similar case just as you did there- that's literally what I did stuck in a vortex of fire and the three maiden minions that appear & fight you ended up clapping my cheeks. #ripMyHours. Im back to 82 today.. wt3 again lol
@xXxGUZxXx the boss literally used the same mechanic players use...hit him 2-3x, made him vulnerable, hit him 2-3x to kill him. Praise how strong our build is when we do it but when it's done to us the complaints start flying 🤣🤣

You don't have to. Everyone enjoys different things. That's also the reason both game modes exist separately at the same time, for you to choose between them.

@craciunator99 I had multiple 100 lvl hardcore chars and not once have I died to a lag or bug. It was my mistake every time. Hardcore is more fun cause the stakes are higher. Simple.

Yep Blood Maiden hits really hard, I was getting huge damage from her before i got Tyrael's Might chest with double masterwork roll on DR and 1 roll on max ressistance on my Barb
its not blood maiden that is dangerous there(I mean sometimes, if you dont dodge the flames and the flame wave), it is the small ads that spawn that explode and onehit you if you have under 10k life (even with max res)
Yeah I quit after season 1 ..people keep telling me to come back it's good now .. but I haven't heard any reason its good now .. what changed loot a little ..

@@he77hawk.71 Is it "WORTH" bungee jumping, Skydiving, Rock Climbing, jumping out of a plane, Shark diving, rollercoasters? No it is not "WORTH" but people still do it, why? Because its fun, interesting, you have that sense of danger, adrenaline, everything you do matters, you take small steps, in softcore ( comming from someone who plays both ) nothing you do matters, you just go forward until you decide you are bored...both game modes have their own reasons to exist tho...so saying something is not worth it when it's not for you or you never tried it is awful mindset.
I'll never understand hardcore the same as I don't understand naked crouch playthroughs in souls games. But you can bet I'd understand if it was my job and I received filthy YT money to do it 😎
The Helltide is dumb. I only ever die using a mindcage and when they send out a Hellborne and it’s usually a one or two shot. Otherwise I barely take damage in this game.
Luckily it only takes a hour or 2 to get back to that. I've died so damn much to weird desyncs and one shots even with a shitload of health. Saving grace is aspects honestly. Getting top stats almost immediately to help level up fast again makes it worth it to try again on hardcore.
I wish to play hardcore cuz i was playing softcore in s4 and it was good but too easy. But when i saw that i need to do renown and Lillith's statues once again i decided not to. I cant understand why is this a thing in this game
They should tie renown only to completion of quests and strongholds, bump the renown on those, and call it a day. I only play eternal, have never done renown again, and I still think it sucks even as a one time thing.
Mate I feel this video. You know how many times I've lagged into a one shot? Also thought i was doing ok with my own Barb build clearing 61 pit ok with non optimal gear and very little masterworking. Then i ran into a Bash Barb in Pvp who was level 90 and made me look like a fool. I guess they call it the metta for a reason. Still love the double swing but its the season of basic
Enjoying the game a lot, definitely need someone to help doing the tormented bosses but im running 61 pits now and feeling strong, season 4 is definitely worthwhile
I discovered this the hard way with a buddy yesterday but tormented duriel is way easier than tormented andariel. We couldn't beat her but duriel was not really a problem
This is so funny. So many softcore players don't understand why people play Hardcore and the other way around xD Can you imagine other people have fun with different kinds of game modes?? that's the reason they exist separately at the same time for you to choose.
The first hit made sense. The second hit is a ?????? even at .25x. The third is seems accurate. This is why I will never play hardcore in a game that uses cheesy hitboxes to add difficulty. :| Well, the second reason but yeah.
D4 is definitely in the best state it's been in... lvl 100 in Eternal at launch and one in each Season. Hopefully now the odd season team doesn't lay an egg and actually does something
Here’s an ideas for Blizzard: Get rid of all the random gambling shit. Enchant a different stat should be guarantee. You can roll whatever you want. Just make the cost 10x more expensive or some shit. Tamper should be the same. We can get whatever stat we want just make the cost 10x more. Same with the Master-working bullshit. Make it a guarantee on whatever stat we want to upgrade. Charge us 10x more material we don’t care at least this way we can grind for something that is guaranteed. Make it more enjoyable, hard work pays off kind of situation. The current system of RNG IS DOG-SHIT. All that time farming and shit and you brick your gear or get shit stats you don’t want. Who wants to keep farming? Make the game “HARD WORK PAYS OFF” not “HARD WORK MEANS DOG SHIT! IT’S ALL LUCK”
It wasn’t a one shot. He took like 6 instances of damage from her little blood pellet homing spell. It was super avoidable, he was playing sloppy while having a chat to his friend.

Honestly, this season has felt like S1. So many game breaking bugs, glitches and bs. I beat two tormented bosses finally, once for the first time ever and the second for shits and giggles, and no spark dropped. I'm over this trashy ass game.
we need season of the cow with the cow level and the cow king...just big open map with a billion cows and a ton of people working to summon the cow king and then an epic boss fight with the cow king that drops everything
The only way to make D4 exciting is to fight things 10 or 15+ levels above you. The only time I've died in D4 HC is when I was fighting something 10+ levels above me out of boredom.
Yeah that’s why the xp system rewards you the max amount for fighting monsters 10 levels ahead of you, and why they added a consumable to make helltide monsters 10 levels higher than the 3 they’re already ahead of you, almost like you’re supposed to play this way..
My barb was fighting stuff 50 lvls above on softcore, and I was chilling :) I guess that's not an option on hardcore since it's a bit risky, but it emphasizes your point.
I hate helltides. The only thing I hate more than helltides is farming for mats to summon 2 bosses that drop mats to summon other bosses that drop mats to summon the one damn boss I actually want to kill only to get loot that's probably going to have trash rolls on it or be completely the wrong item for the wrong class.
@@syncopatedglory Yup I'm playing Elden Ring again. Just hit level 441 with everything at 60+ and some at 80 so I can be incredibly disappointed when the expansion comes out and has enemies that scale with the player's stats. 😅
The game is in an awful state imho. Was fun the 1st week of season 4 but then it went downhill. Repetitive, boring, too easy. No point in going in higher pits, unless you are a masochist. Right now D4 feels like a sad D3 clone lol, and i rather play that...
