I'm with you! I don't necessarily understand the use case for this. I think maybe its for those girlies who self-tan their bodies, but have a pale face. So they could wear this when they're not wearing makeup, in order to not look crazy. Curious to know what it would look like mixing a few drops into facial moisturizer.

I think these are meant to be mixed in With a moisturizer but you can use them either way.😊

I am light and mix it in my moisturizer before foundation and it’s awesome! Gives me a bronze glow that is light and not overdone.

I've got olive skin and have wanted to try these tan/tinted drops. They've been so expensive with other brands, but i may just go out and get this one! I was thinking mix it with my moisturizer and see if i can go without foundation on those humid summer days!

Thank you Amiga for this review. I agree with you. I prefer a glow not a fake tan. Once I’m in the sun, ☀️ I get tanned naturally. This is a pass for me. Amiga is there a dupe for the YSL lip product? ❤❤

The Revlon glass shine lipsticks are the best affordable alternative IMO. The Nabla jelly lipsticks are also very similar and still have beautiful packaging for half the price. I love them both as much as my YSL.

I am around your colour in summer but in winter I loose colour rapido and actually look grey like sick so I mix the drink elephant d bronze drops into my moisturiser or tinted moisturiser and it helps bring some warmth and bronze back. But otherwise I don’t feel I need it in summer or under makeup.

I have a couple of foundations that are a bit too light for my skin. (Frustrating because I used Sephora’s shade matcher. Not! So, I don’t totally trust that thing!)Anywho, I’ve been thinking of getting the Drunk Elephant drops to add for color but after seeing how this works, I think I’ll just get a foundation in a dark shade to mix in for when I run across this problem. I looks so much better mixed in with the foundation, and I have to compliment you on your lips today. These type of drops are meant to be mixed in with either moisturizer or foundation.

I think if you're a lighter skin tone and / or adding it to the moisturizer for those with mediun skin may work better? Looks like with a full face, it has no effect..the powders, etc, kill the glow. I'm light skin and I have used bronzing products to add some glow and bronze effect but not too much because my body will look off. Great video to see how it can be a fail😂....definitely looks Ike it is a finicky product...Gracias!! Hermosa dia

I also have a medium neutral skin tone and I bought the Glow Recipe Hue drops and honestly they’ve been sitting in my car for two weeks ready for return. Idk, for the price I just didn’t think they made much difference. Plus the wear time wasn’t great. I may try the Elf. I have a product from Chantecaille that is similar and it’s ok but very costly, and probably not worth the price tag. My search for the perfect summer glow continues lol

As a pale skinned gal I’d use this as a mixing medium to warm up my foundations that are too light. Looked so blotchy/ patchy using it by itself. Great review MJ
