I have NEVER told anyone on the internet that I love them..but..I LOVE YOU. My head was such a mess trying to decide between glow recipie and drunk elephant. I have melasma, have since I was in my 20's. Now I just need to weigh up fenty's contribution lol

Hi Alex. Have you tried Chanel’s les beige water tint? What are your thoughts on it and similar tints from Rose Inc and cover girl? On paper they sound perfect for my make up preferences - natural, dewy, hydrating and summer friendly but I would like to know what to expect from it performance wise before I drop my money on Chanel. Does it outperforms Rose Inc’s and Covergirl’s? Could you please do an assessment! Love from Belgium

Not really. I've found most liquid bronzers/luminizers are better mixed into a foundation or used on top of the your base product. They really only show up underneath if you use a lower coverage product like a thin tint. Medium or full coverage foundations will just cover them up.

I returned Glow Recipe Hue Drops. It makes the face look dirty and feels sticky. Doesn’t distribute smoothly or evenly … meaning it’s patchy and strange. My skin is well hydrated. Should not do this. What about Isle of Paradise Sunny Serum ? 5🌟 on Sephora w validating comments. Tester was empty in my store couldn’t sample … but that tells me something right there.

Just a helpful tip: if a tester is empty at Sephora, you can tell an employee and they'll open a new product (if there's enough in stock) to replace the empty tester. I know this because it happened to me with a product tester once. 🙂

What is the purpose of these bronzing drops, just to warm the face under our makeup?

They can be mixed with moisturizer and worn without makeup for a radiant glow, or they can be mixed into makeup for the same effect but with more coverage. The purpose is the same as any self-tanner: to look like you've spent time in the sun without actually exposing your skin to the effects of harmful rays.
