@@hongjoongskincare Hey. Insert batteries, then turn on switch at back of the mouse. Next, turn on Bluetooth on the tablet to connect and pair the device.
Netflix works fine on mine. So sorry, I'm not sure why yours has that error. If you downloaded Netflix app from Play Store, perhaps clearing cache and storage, then uninstall and download again might work.
@@mehmetwozgur This is really puzzling as I have an update video link pinned in comments showing where it works on mine. I see where Netflix Help Center has a suggestion for those who are seeing 'this app is not compatible on your device'.
Sorry to hear. It came with a screen protector, did you put it on? I'm not sure what's wrong with your screen though, whether broken or not showing? If it came out of the box not working, you should return it quickly for a replacement.
Hi. I haven't tried as yet on this tablet but Zoom app can be downloaded from Play Store. For assignments, Microsoft 365 subscription allows me to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and others. Thanks for watching.
This might be too technical for me as I'm not sure exactly what you mean. However if this helps, once the tablet is on, in detailed Settings, there is an advanced option to restore the factory setting. If frozen press and hold power button down or combo power/volume down buttons to restart. Worst case scenario, Press the Reset button with a pin to reboot.
Sadly you don't! With that being said, something seems fishy about this tablet? It is like we are being locked out of mainframe as to where we can't do anything that we should be allowed to do? Like updates, no support?
Yes, my brand is CUPEISI CP20. I'm still using it daily and am very satisfied with it so far. You can check out several other reviewers comments on Amazon to see if it suits your needs. Thanks for watching!
I still have mine, looks good and it's going great. Mostly use productivity apps, Microsoft 365 Word & Excel & Copilot, RU-vid, Netflix, and a few game apps. Thanks for watching!
I guess start by reaching out to the Amazon supplier/manufacturer whether they sell replacement parts. If not, it is always a risk, but you can try third party suppliers, just search CP20 touch screen replacement for availability. Note: You asked this question 3 months ago, not sure if you saw the response then.
You will have to try contacting the Amazon seller you ordered from to see if they can assist. If not, you would have to Google third-party vendors, but then you have to be very certain of the specifications as usually there is no refund in such cases.
@@shawndatruebrantley Hey. There is no SIM card slot. There is an SD card slot between the power button and the charge port and is hidden behind the casing. Gently slip the tablet out of the case on that side to install the card. Once installed, you can touch and pull down the quick settings from the top screen and there will be a notification to tap to set up. Thanks for watching!🤗
@@shawndatruebrantley A micro SD card is used to expand storage of data on the tablet. A SIM card used in cellphones comes with subscriber ID number to connect to a mobile network. The tablet has one memory slot available for an SD card only.
@@shawndatruebrantley Oh, I really didn't know that! Mine is being used for storage right now and I thought that it was all it was for. But I'm going to have to try that out. Thanks for letting me know.🤗
Depends on what your favorite study apps are, you can just download those from the Play Store. Microsoft 365 subscription productivity app is the one I downloaded and am using as it suits my needs.
Stay away! This Android has no 5g, which means in a few years or less when everything goes 5g this won't be able to connect to the web. Also, it hasn't had a security update since 2021, and when one goes to update it it says it has latest update? Also it is strange when you want to do a factory reset by pressing power button and and vol up button, it gives the no command, and will do nothing? With all said, it seems like some company slapped this OS together, with no update or upgrade support. All it will allow you to update is some of the Google apps. You can't even upgrade to Android 12 or above. With this said, if you want a tablet you will want one that has support, which it seems this tablet does not have.
I bought an ONN Google tablet from Walmart with 4g network, 3gb ram 32bit os with a 2ghz processor I gave around 90 dollars for it. For the price it was a good one. You never want to buy a tablet that has less then 3gb ram or that is under 2ghz processor because they will freeze up on you. One with 4gb ram to 8gb ram and a processor of 2.3 to 3ghz would be your best performance ones, but you will pay a little to alot more for them. If you are a gamer the higher ghz processor and ram you have the better. Just a thought. But for the buck, the ONN tablet did a great job for me, but that is just my opinion? Regards!
Hello, sorry to hear about your issue. Not a techie, but I think the only way around that is to reset the tablet. Options to start with is (1) force restart by pressing and hold combo power/volume down buttons. If it still asks for password, then (2) press reset pin hole between power and volume buttons to reboot. If that doesn't work then last option (3) is a hard reset which erases all data and recover factory settings allowing you restart and input information afresh. Disclaimer - I have never had reason to try any of these, so best to have a technician guiding you through the steps.
@@a-ggonzalez7447Sorry to hear that yours came like that. Blue screens are generally a device error. Technicians may know how to fix it, but my recommendation when it comes new out of the box with an issue is always to return it for a replacement.
@@a-ggonzalez7447 Blue Screen of Death!!! and since this tablet won't allow one to reset to factory unless you can get into settings, you are going to have to find the firmware that goes to this tablet, and replace it and hope it don't tank your tablet to a door stoper
