Thank you BRS & Neptune for such an amazing and generous give away. Engaging with your comment section is often fun and rewarding in the information that can be gleaned. But, it took on a new meaning today when you generously gave away a new Apex system. I don't often win anything, and was floored when you announced my comment. I just wanted to reply and say how appreciated such a gift is. Thank you for the Apex, and thank you again for all the valuable knowledge and insight over the years. I am very excited right now :)

Been running Neptune systems apex almost 5 years now,it's a huge time saver not to mention makes it alot easier for me to keep my reef consistent day to day.. but with that said I have one issue.. connection issues to fusion can be a real pain,same with setting up a tablet on the apex network. Can we get a dedicated physical port just for a display. I've actually had to pull plugs in the middle of a water change more than once because both fusion on my phone and the apex wireless network lost connection to my dedicated tablet..

Noted! The Apex Display Module will plug directly into your Apex via an Aquabus port. Alternatively, you can always consider using a breakout box or Adaptive Reef box with buttons and switches to program your water change feed mode and trigger it with the flip of a switch.

Instead of dropping a new apex for people to buy, why not fix the crap that doesn't work with the original. Like salinity probs not being accurate! Trident not being accurate!

Imagine using the LLS to control the speed of a DC return pump. You control the speed in a overflow box to reduce gurgling in older style tanks that don't have a Herbie bean overflow

Looking forward to getting a dosing system just to hook up to my new apex junior. Its going to be great moving up to the next level in reefing and giving a me a better chance of limiting fish and coral loss as much as humans and technology possibly can

Early morning here from Australia got up early to watch your stream. It didnt get answered in the live stream, but I was wondering if there is going to be the release of the powerbar in australia? I want to setup my Cade2100 with automation and Apex is my go to but I want to purchase it with the powerbar.

Thanks for keeping the Apex EL relevant. I just recently purchases it, and have been enjoying it immensely. However after a large purchase (to me and my reef budget), I was worried I was going to be left behind technically speeking.

Absolutely! Just add on an FMM module and some of the new sensors and you'll have all of the same capabilities 🙂

Finaly talked my self into the apex a week ago set it up last weekend it's great but really kicking myself for not waiting another week. Called customer service and as usual they made it right(thank you Cody). Even though they could not take a return since I set it up the refunded the difference for the sale. Thank you brs and thank you neptune for continuing to advance your products! (I see an FMM and sensors in my future 😉)

While that's great for you...not sure why they felt obligated to do that. Then to be fair to everyone else; should they do the same for everyone who purchased an Apex the day after Neptune began development of the current units??

I have an ink bird controlling my heater and fan. I have a tunze controlling my ATO. I have my ATO , skimmer, and return pump on a Kasa smart plug that I can turn on/off from anywhere. I Apex junior hits exactly what I’ve been looking for. Monitor temp,ph, leakage.

Id like to know how us A2 user get to activate the alarm on the FMM how we please. Yes it has the alarm for standalone mode with the ATK but i can’t find anywhere to activate it through the Apex.

Already have a PH probe...$80..already have 2-3 temp probs and digital readouts....$50. Already have the Tunzi...$150 You want me to spend $300 for a leak detector and making all other equipment redundant? Get out of here. I just need a ALK probe and Im set.

I would like to know if you can run multiple tanks off of one APEX controller? Or is there a multiple mod that you can purchase? I would like to know if it has a feature for aquarium lighting controls?

@@johnharris9353 also you will have to get additional modules, for second or 3 tank monitor. I’m still running classic as brain and monitor my reef ph, temp, salinity , orp. since my fish only tank is not far I got pm1 and energy bar to monitor temperature and ph and bar to turn on skimmer etc. Now in software you can rename your probe and outlets. So you don’t get lost. Also they make extensions for aqua buss up to I think 100 ft, not by apex.

Long time reefer but I've never pulled the trigger on an apex. Admittedly lack of ph monitor has been an issue and honestly has been what is preventing my switch to an sps dominant tank. These new features may just convince me to take the controller and sps plunge. Could you walk me through the pro vs a3 cost benefit analysis... specifically in terms of calcium reactors? Controlling both ph in the reactor and monitoring the tanks overall ph is my objective. The dual ph orp probes seems to be a major benefit to the pro.

I think it sucks Neptune doesn't seem to care so much about international customers being Pro version is not available for Australian power configuration 😞

@@NeptuneSystemsVideo to make a long story short ...my LFS went under during covid...I've been sinking my savings and literally going broke renovating the place to bring it back to its former glory and better...this is a bigger blessing than you can imagine right now...we're struggling now but I've already declared this shop will be neptune product heavy...lights etc etc ...I use the full range in my home system and it's changed my reefing life...I cant say enough and that's why I will use this gift for the shop to display it to my customers and sell them on why it's worth it's weight in gold ...

It will be attached to the waterbox 140g peninsula display tank ...I just installed it and it's cycling as we speak...so glad I didn't do too much wire management yet....this is a welcome addition bc I still work all week and am away from the store while my partner is there

The Coralvue hydros controls gyres. I’ve seen one in action and it’s awesome. It eliminates all the power bricks for all the pumps hooked to it. So it provides power and control.

I would love to watch the whole video but there is no way i can get through more than 10 minutes of this guy saying "right"?! After every single sentence.... i dont know if its right?! Im here to learn about the knew product and you are quizing me every 3 seconds after ever sentence wanting my afirmation about facts on your product.

It really pisses me off that you didn't add the ethernet port to the a3 jr. That port is a must have man. Everyone knows that. The wifi is at least unreliable. Smh. Come on man
