We have a few new additions to the farm. We brought home, 2 Welsummer and 2 Brown Leghorn chicks. Then a few days later at TSC we fell in love with 5 little Peking Ducklings and brought them home too. We already have 6 adult chickens but, these are the first ducks on our farm. We started with a kitty pool as a brooder but it wasn't long before they were jumping out. So, I built a "do it yourself" chick brooder box out of some scrap I had on hand.
