Brother Ronnie, I have that Bible in the Black Bonded Leather & it is HUGE! I also bought the 9 point font version in the Teal/Gray Leathersoft. I bought this one first, then I bought the large print. Both are beautifully illustrated and I love the colors in it. The NIV Study Bible is an excellent study Bible. I love it!! God bless! 💜✝️✡️🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you brother, I humbly request if you could point the camera on your desk to show the pages , it would help us a lot in understanding how readable it is and its layout in your future reviews. I love your channel. it is fantastic, and love your honest reviews!
I have the 1980's version of same Bible. It is my favorite version and study Bible. Great study notes by many scholars. I bought two good friends the updated version for Christmas 2023, and I am planning on getting an updated version for myself soon. Enjoyed listening to your review.

I have the regular print hardback and it’s still a whopper weighing only one pound less than the large print. I hadn’t noticed that it isn’t line matched, but took a closer look since you pointed it out. Sure enough, it isn’t. You would think that such a major revision introduced with such fanfare would at least be line matched. But the ghosting is minimal so I didn’t even notice.
The verse you say are missing are in the footnotes. The verse you are making a reference to were not in the earliest manuscripts but added in later in the received text manuscripts. I been saved for 33 years and study from multiple translations along with the Hebrew and Greek text. Studying from the King James over the NIV Translation isn’t going to make you more righteous or live more holy. The Bible that you read and obey is going to make you right before God.
