How the fuck did the team not take the most obvious opportunity to give all of the Vikings real armor? And why is it that the Highlander gets an actual breastplate skin when he already got the hero skin with accurate armor?
They're so proud of these sets, exclaiming "guys! guys! We made clean armour this time! Isn't that so cool?". But they can't even give Jormie some shoes.
@@ThorsHammer-1377 The shoes were just an example. No matter how many pretty silver patterns you put on their arms or their belts, the vikings still look like crack addicts who raided a BDSM dungeon.
idd rather wait another season for chainmail armor sets for the Vikings then having to see more of these low effort leather sets that are already in the game
Honestly thought that the Viking were gonna get some clean metal armor, like different chainmail variants or even plate-mail of some kind. Other than that I oddly really like how Warlord looks for some reason.
I wish we had gotten a new armor set like Highlander did last season but something for Raider maybe chain mail or lamellar or just a Viking tunic. They did just make a new hero though with new armor and stuff so that makes sense they didn’t do that this season for other heroes.
They did Shaolin dirty with this one, damn it all. I just want a clean look for him that isn't binded by preset colours, all of his sets just look too similar. Hell I would take a bloody copy of anyone at this point rather than wearing ballet pumps like some child's barbie doll lmao

Lemme start by saying I’m pretty much always hyped for a new For Honor character and even if I’m not I still purchase and rep every hero up. However this hero seems very lackluster to me and I’m moderately disappointed. I was hoping for new weapons types and the move set doesn’t appear to be anything special in my humble opinion. The one aspect I do enjoy is her Feats seem very cool and unusual from most other characters in the game. The armor variation and weapon variants are easily the most disheartening piece of this puzzle, at least if a hero isn’t gonna be groundbreaking with awesome moves they should look badass. I’m very discouraged but I love this game so much and I’m such a fiend of course I’ll buy and play and rep up, I just was hoping for something way different. Better luck next time though and happy gaming to everyone who is excited I hope to see you on the battlefield. ✌🏻
You’d think they were FINALLY listening to the Viking community since they gave us a new Viking who’s entirely armored…but still no real armor for our old Vikings. Aside from Highlander who got a breastplate…after getting a full chainmail hero skin. Just give our Vikings chainmail for fuck sake. Make an actual NEW armor variant stop saying “new armor variants” when it’s all just shitty reskins of some of the WORST default armors they have. Fuck me dead man come on.
Please fix some of the issues left on lawbringer. His wallsplat does less than a normal GB punish. Just make it a top heavy unblockable please, kensei has a 34 damage wallsplat, or centurion getting 30 plus chain pressure but LB can't get 25 into chain. For God's sake please get rid of the top light not being enhanced and doing less damage for no reason, it's a relic of his old kit and hinders his opening capability. Other characters have all sides enhanced AND crushing counters its ridiculous. Also, please give back the heavy parry impale and just reduce the distance, otherwise impale is next to useless outside of very niche situations as again a wallsplat literally does less than normal GB damage, its more of a hinderance than anything currently as you can accidentally parry and try to side heavy. Seems ridiculous to me as you guys reduced warlords gb throw instead of completely nerfing it, also warmonger, centurion, and jiang jun all have the equivalent if you reduced the distance on LB impale. Please update the t1 stamina reducing feat because it was designed for way back when you lost stamina to being parried
I fully agree with you but at the same time it's probably not going to happen. I've wanted warden crushing counters on every direction for fucking years and it's just not gonna happen. Such is the fate of people who play launch knights.
I feel an opportunity was missed here. I'm gonna speak civil about this and clearly I love what ubisoft did this season gave us a great new hero skin a great new hero love the varangian guard so sick. But when it comes to the vikings it seems only 2 heroes before varangian had great armor bring warlord and highlander like during the arabic armor it looks great on warlord love the lamellar and highlander so many chainmail shirts to choose from. But it seems you don't even try with the other vikings or you don't try at all some seasons with them this season I feel you didn't try with the armor it in all honesty looks like shitty skyrim armor just leather showing skin like bdsm again. We are not really asking alot we just want something different from just leather just skin give us chainmail shirts gambesons vendel helmets maybe some anglo saxon or Kievin rus armor that could have been done. The real opportunity you missed was you introduced the varangian guard and a highly accurate one at that very well done so you could have done a byzantine greek them for the vikings like the pointed helmets bright red shoulder cops for warlord armor a chain hauberk for raider a kite shield for Valk maybe you could have done that but fate decided this so let's change that and try something different love you ubisoft from a fan of your work @Warlord529
This game is pretty much dead. Cant even scrape enough resources for your chinese outsourced dec team to make new armors at one time. Really slowing down the already snails pace content drip.
