Yeah i really wish Magma Red was more red…. It was honestly a shock to me when I took delivery! A little bit of disappointment, but I still liked it! From a distance and in every video and picture I ever took of the seats it was a vibrant red. That’s what drove me nuts about it lol!

I had both a BMW sDrive and an M40i. This was the color I wanted, but it was the other lighter blue color (I forgot what it was called, but it was discontinued). I wanted it to be built with the magma red seats, but the dealership told me they feared that once it's delivered I may not buy it and it probably wouldn't sell, so I couldn't get it in that color. I got it with the discontinued light blue color with the white seats. It was beautiful and I thought the white colored seats are a better match than the magma red color. So after I upgraded my car with the M40i, I got it in frozen gray with magma red. And I must say, you are correct that it's not a true "red" color. It's more dark orange which can almost look like a red color interior. But I think it was a good combination with the frozen gray color I bought.

And here you are still watching videos about bmw lol sorry you had a bad experience. Past BMWs had some reliability issues but G chassis generation has been fantastic. Toyota uses the B58 in the supra meaning it passed its stringent reliability tests, this is the reliable generation of bmw

@@AllenBMWDurham Watching and buying are two separate things. I can appreciate the design of a car, but to buy a euro-trash junkyard brand like BMW is another thing.

@@AllenBMWDurham I drive a Toyota now (and drove a Lexus after the X5), but am contemplating on a 2nd car - a Porsche 718 Spyder RS. But because of my experience with BMWs, I'm that affected to buy another German made car. I needed a Toyota for the reliability and to keep me sane from my experience of always being at the dealership to repair and fix issues with BMW. I loss time at work because of BMWs unreliability and I needed Toyota to get me to work. I gave BMW a 2nd chance when I bought the X5 since keeping the 3-Series for 11 yrs. thinking things had changed. I will NEVER trust and buy in BMW. But I can appreciate its design.
