That motor is certainly getting close to its limit haha I burnt mine up in my fireteam pretty quickly but that’s part of it 🤙🏻

Imo it’s a scam. The motor is just not up to the task. I was overheating the v1 spektrum system on the typhon ffs. What they should’ve done, especially at this price, is use the 4985 k8 v1 motor and probably rebadge the v1 8s esc as a v2 6s esc.

@@dylanwhite6539 definitely could benefit from more power im sure. I will say Arrma has some of the better rtr electronics out there but over time they all need some aftermarket magic

@@StevenYDG69 I do agree what the motors, servos and radio gear are actually pretty good. IMO they’re a bit undersized for the weight class but they’re still good motors. Escs though, they run HOT. I’ve got a spektrum 6s v1 esc on 3s because I didn’t like how it was performing on 4s.

Definitely converting my fireteam to a Big Rock. My boy has the 3s version and this should complement it perfectly

I just did the kraton xl conversion with my fireteam and now I’ve got my eye on the body and mount system.

For now we will just be watching videos because I had to sell all my rc cars and trucks.. it’s all good though because I have full custody of my daughter and that’s what matters!! It’s so much fun that she loves rc too.. she is always worried when the trucks get hurt lol it’s adorable. I know one day I’ll get more trucks and she will love driving them with me! But for now we will have to watch your videos. I hope you and your family have an amazing holiday!!!! Just so you know your videos helped me through the toughest time of my life, you might not understand but they have. Rc was my only hobby and I loved it so selling it all was tough but I’ve been able to live through your awesome content!! drove my granite 365 days , every part changed atleast once except the diffs , I mean eventually I may wore the gear but like I said over 3oo cycles , than I use brcc and yea sure I I’m going have do diff for 2nd time 😂 now tbf I did put 4s esc and 17 mm extended wheels and that’s probably all the difference, my dumb a… bought the 4s Mojave yesterday knowing this was coming next week and have feeling be this week , problem is I destroy rc like Eric and it’s different for us , I have 4 5 arrmas I’ll do this , if I get this brcc I going keep away from dirt like the rich guys 😂 , my 3s brcc sat on shelf for two years I use it delicately and for parts keep granite going , I had a good system with the easy pay id pay 100 -200 a month and have new rc every two three🎉 months than doing this was affordable it takes a lot time keep up with maintenance multiple rigs trucks looks month old of hard driving but he’s pushing to limits where m2racing can pick up the slack 😂

IMO For general bashing around I say the Big Rock. It's versitile, the perfect size and parts will be cheaper and easier to work on than the 1/5 scales. Also more aftermarket support than the HPI's.

With 4s Mojave and all large rcs you can always exceed the durability, only rcs I couldn’t break in one battery is typhon and the maxx and couple hydrid arrmas . Tbf I’m cheap I need call m2 racing 😂
