Even if there is no insane endgame changes making all these skills is quite a lot of work mostly because they need to think about thoisamds of potential interactions and try to make them balanced , i bet 10 bucks there will be shit as busted as the totem crucible trees

I dont think people noticed but you dont get to chose 1 of 3 varients for the gem you put in. You get random transfigured gems which are probably still weighted. Itll be an rng-fest in SSF

D4 is at season 2 ... and only now fixed the most basic stuff .... also most of the classes have about 10 uniques ... so not even enough to be able to make any build you want .. only few specific skills ..... this poe season only adds SO MUCH stuff that diablo needs to make 5 seasons to get even close to same amount of content xD (in season not in whole poe xD )

Base ascendancy won't change... you'll still have to slog through the trials. But instead of enchants it'll be a gem crafting station. Which means keys for uber lab will go from a chaos or two each to something like... 10-15c or even more. Potentially MUCH more. Especially the alternate version keys.

@@vuton7670 i started in 2021, before that i would never reach maps xD and since then we had 1 bad league (Kalandra) and 2 mediocre leagues (Expedition, Crucible). Rest were at least good. This is a track record that is unheard of in any of Blizzard games nowadays. We get 1 good patch / season in a sea of mediocre and bad ones.

the transfigured skill gems is a really cool idea. but they HAD to add it to one of the WORST parts of the game???? The labyrinth... really??? very annoying The rest though sounds like really cool changes. First league in a very long time that has seemed like Ws all around. Though we'll have to see how some skills end up. Sounds like RF got destroyed. at least for league starting it which im sure a massive chunk of the community wont be happy about.

I dunno. Quick google shows D4 made almost 700 million at Nov 2023. In a few months of one year. Someone is buying the game - probably all the people that supposedly hater it? They'll make gazillions on the xpacs too. You can see GGG make about 50-80 million per year over the last while. (its wildy up and down). I imagine the accountants are finding the coffee quite delicious.

Boneshatter already wasn’t the best bosser. It’s comfy and you won’t die a lot but damage can be lacking until you get the necessary pieces. Basically good for leveling and mapping. But you’re eventually gonna hit a wall and your currency will be going to waste

Ziz the alternate gems replace uber lab enchants, not ascendancy points. We've never gotten ascendancy points from the divine font

Yes they are on the transfigured gems now. Like U Seen on Tornado Shot, the gem contains the "shots 1 additional Projectile" now

They ( Mark ) gave a mixed answer. He said the short answer is yes.. but later he told ZiggyD the enchantments are still there. And then there were Alternate Quality.. I didnt clearly listen to that part, the alt gems will be removed too?

@@incarnationx903 This question was asked in the Q&A session, and no, clearing the map then doing the woods does not dump all spirits into the boss. Instead a chance of being affected is rolled for each mob, with the chance scaling with the number of spirits you got. So clearing the map first always gets you less loot - which is also why the woods always spawn at the start of the map a la delirium league (also in Q&A)
