Honestly, it's becoming more and more of a favorite to use in place of vanilla extract in most things... My favorites include: smoothies, oatmeal, granola, and most recently, we've discovered that it makes our chocolate chip cookies taste even better! Yes, I have used Nancy's for several weeks after the date. I also freeze both the sour cream and the cream cheese. Use your immersion blender in the thawed cream cheese. I use immersion blender in cottage cheese to make ricotta.
