New Balance 990v3 x jjjjound "Brown/Black" - Are these worth the hype? 

Might be the only one but I f with these heavy….like the beef and brocs reminds me of the chocolate timbs we rocked as kids…these were a must cop

These were proper hard to get in my neck of the woods only dropping on NB website 😢 was hoping for more raffles but doesn’t seem likely at this point 🤷🏼 the shoe itself though is decent tbh👌🏻👌🏻you do make a lot of valid points about them getting lazy with it and I kinda wish this was a GR so I could of grabbed it Edit: you definitely make a good point about waiting for the Teddy Santis pair, they are better imo👌🏻

Totally agree. If this didn’t have jjjjound on it, they would be sitting. I did really like the last collab on the olive color though.

Thanks for getting the review of these out so quickly! I definitely prefer the Olive 990v3 over these, but I wonder how the resale will do for this pair..they’re not going for too much more over retail+shipping at the moment.

Agreed. Was a little underwhelmed by this pair, especially when you compare it to the prior Jjjjound collabs.

Glad i didnt throw coin at these tbh. The resale is mental. Just got two pairs of shoes for the same price. Will wait for the new teddys imo.

Another great review, I agree these are too simple and lazy, and the only good is they can easily match with work outfits. I took Ls at retail releases and that’s it. Call them out like Ye 😂

tbh the 990v4 military green is almost impossible to get and are pretty expensive (atleast on stockx), you don't see anyone with those either. I feel like I'm the only one who likes these :P

Looks way too similar to that 990v4 GR colorway and overpriced imo. Great review though!

That collab thing simply a hype but no bearing with comfy and quality except for its name affix on it.

Really like jjjound but just not feeling this particular collab. The olive 990v3 were fire. Prefer the ALD beef and broccoli for a darker colorway / black midsole on this model.

all I applied for the shoes on the latest events called "Grey Day"(launching calendar), I couldn't buy anything including this stuff. so sad. 😭😢

They should do different colors then Monochromatic colors maybe do a red or blue some other color then earth tones just saying

Definitely overrated, even with their other collabs like the vans mids are literally just mid color-ways, not great but not bad either. It’s just bought for its name mostly and I think the most colorful they have gone with a NB collab is those pine green 992’s.

Looks like a 💩shoe to me. Why pay $300 plus 2 look like you rolled in 💩. Feels more like it’s part of Mugatu’s “derelicte” line. So if you wanna look dirty, I guess go for it.
