Hey a month ago I got a notice of transfer from us Cia of my case I-730. Will I be able to get a welcome letter and go for an interview and fly to the us during this travel ban?

HI Alena ...I applied for Naturalization N400 since November 13th, and my biometric was taken on November 27th. However I haven't hear from USCIS( no interview notice )since then and we are in July. What should I do? They keep extending the estimation completion date on my uscis online account

Hi Alena Madam ..I am transsexual woman , applied for Asylum in August 2017 being a victim of DV. Since my attorney was not in city ,her office sent a request to USCIS for rescheduling the interview , before the first scheduled interview date which was on February 2019. Now , I am still waiting and getting very disappointed with the current situation.Also my only support, my mother is not doing well in the home country. At this situation what should I do ? is there any point in waiting for my case with hope?Can I seek asylum in a different country where I can get my paper work done faster ?Kindly help with your guidance. .Thank you

I cannot give specific legal advice here but seeking asylum elsewhere at this point will be futile. You need to follow up with the asylum office however frustrating it is.
