The only upside to this might be that they will burn the prospective teachers out sooner before they go too far into debt and they leave the state and switch careers. This is evidence of a gigantic decline.
Or a continued brain drain to these pesky elitist states. Pretty soon we'll fully support the removal of the drag on this once great country... red states.
For sure Teachers who had college degree in teaching and have years of experience love the profession. But they are leaving. How could you expect people from other professions to get attracted to teaching if the teaching professionals don’t even want to do it anymore? Low pay, lack of respect and resources. Same problems every year. What has been done?
Well of course, it's going to attract the best and the brightest of our population to come and teach our children to become the best they can be. These people may not have any training in doing so, but they'll figure it out.
Teachers are pissed because this is just "dumbing down" our students, and it is not giving the props to those teachers who did do all of the required college credits and testing. Teachers are leaving for sooo many reasons, including low pay. These problems need to be fixed, not ignored. Allowing unqualified teachers in the classrooms is just asking for worse conditions. I feel sorry for all of the students who will not be getting a quality education, because parents think they know what topics we should be teaching their kids. If stupid parents continue to sue the schools, it will just lead to more paperwork for the teachers, that will do NOTHING to solve the issues, and more teacher burnout. Our government has relly fu**ed everything up! Ugh!
You're missing the bigger picture here, by evening the playing field by making teacher standards equal for public vs private/charter schools we can better compare them. Try to forget for the time being equivocating standards like student progress testing and auditing how your tax dollars are spent, they may get to that some day.
@@denniskyler4987 The first step in controlling a population is to remove their education. The best part is the cheering and gnashing of teeth in support of their own dumbing down. Think competing with immigrants is tough now!? Give it a generation of even denser crotch fruits.
What's going to happen is these uneducated people are going to miss the signs of learning disabilities and someone is going to sue the state. It's going to cost a fortune. More than just paying teachers
@@garryferrington811 Well these cases are eligible for a civil jury trial to consider the damage awards. I think the community is going to be much harder to convince than a politician. This is going to be expensive
Right, let's not increase teacher pay and lower class sizes... let's lower the bar of entry even lower instead. Soon the only requirement will be a pulse. Arizona doesn't want teachers, they want babysitters and babysitters charge hourly PER KID!
Just put up a sign and hire. First come, first served. It's Arizona. Who cares? Although, if McDonald's is a more attractive prospect, that may not work.
In order to combat the Nationwide teacher shortage, which is plaguing American schools they need to pay these teachers at, or above the national average maybe, they will get more people interested in the teaching profession!
