No 5 is not my favorite Chanel fragrance but I may like this one. I will take a sniff at the boutique. The presentation is beautiful. I am hoping the new summer blush duos arrive soon too.
Hi Alli, I have been thinking about this perfume for the last couple of weeks so I decided to watch your video again today. Now I know I have to go and get this perfume 😅 I tried it in store a couple of weeks ago and I really loved it. Since it’s been really warm here in Italy, I have been spraying over my favorite perfume of all year long that is Coco Noir, the n. 5 all over spray that came out I think two years ago and I love it. Allô Allison, j’adore toutes les déclinaisons du N5 et l’eau particulièrement en été, j’ai aussi la version vaporisateur de sac Mini 7ml que j’adore et j’ai évidemment commandé, auprès de Julia chez Holt Renfrew, cette belle édition limitée !! Dommage que la belle pochette que l’on voit sur Instagram remis en cadeau aux influenceurs je suppose 😉 n’a pas été incluse dans l’emballage avec cette nouvelle édition… mais bon c’est quand même un beau flacon! Allie, you are looking chic! I bought this as soon as it was on the US website! No5 is my scent. Surprisingly, not the L'eau but I pulled the trigger as soon as I saw the bottle design and that the top is also glass. Feels so sleek and good in the hand and I am loving it so far! Great job and I would not wait, folks if you want it and it is in your budget. 😊

I bought this No5 at a duty free shop while on travel to Costa Rica. I do love the fragrance and your review was spot on !Just wished the bottle had a stand .
I tried samples of L’Eau, and sadly does not last even 1 minute on my skin. Same for #5 edt. The #5 edp I cannot wear. Not good on me. Love Eau Premiere though. Lasts long on me, and I adore this scent. Coromandel edp is HG status for me. I’m on my 5th bottle. Pretty much my signature scent. lol. I tried samples of 1957, and was really surprised how much I love it. Saving up for that one.
🖤🤍loved the review. I wear No. 1 de Chanel L’eau Rouge. It retails for $125 in the US. I also purchased Coco Mademoiselle and, unfortunately, in my opinion, it smells like insect repellent on my skin. Other people swear it smells good, but not me. I have tried it several times and each time I smell the same result-insect repellent. I love the lightness of L’eau Rouge and maybe I would like the No 5 L’eau eau de toilette. It is a little pricey @155.00 US dollars. What is the French word you use for maybe?😊
Peut-être ❤ That means maybe. I agree that Coco Mademoiselle eau de parfum can sometimes have a very heave patchouli scent to it. I actually prefer the Mademoiselle eau de toilette.
Chanel L’eau is not worth the money for me.…its like putting nothing on my skin, it doesn’t last not even 30 minutes, really weird. I have the new flacon from the limited edition …. If you didn’t know the shape it’s an exact copy of Calvin Klein Obsession…. Shame on you Chanel!

🤍🖤 i can’t remember the smell of No 5 or No 5 L’eau….i will have to go in and try a sample. It’s a beautiful bottle. Ps i also love and use the Sublimage gel cleanser to remove my makeup its a great cleanser 🤍🖤
The bottle is stunning, I’m so happy to have it. No5 L’Eau is aldehydic, white florals, baby powder and lime zest. That’s the best way I can describe it. I’m so glad that you love that cleanser, I can’t wait to open it up.
I love the new flacon ❤ I also have l’eau in the signature bottle but couldn’t resist buying this limited edition as a Chanel lover. I love the scent. Will wear it more now I guess ☺️ I’ve also tried the Sublimage make up remover, got the sample and I have to say it’s a lovely product..will buy it in the future definitely.
It's so good! I’m so happy to hear that you go try a sample first. It’s pricey but well worth it. I also could not pass up this limited release, my new summer scent.
Loved this video. I have a sample of L'Eau and I am testing it out. The original #5, I am a diehard fan. I have used something called tacky wax or something like it to display bottles that may not stand up straight. It is usually for knick knacks for curio cabinets or display collectibles. I am not sure if you have such a thing in Canada but it is very stong and usually clear and doesn't damage things since it is made to help keep valuables upright for display. It can be molded and used over again as well. Just a suggestion. That bottle is so beautiful! Thank you for your content and I always look forward to your videos and I always learn something. Okay, you’ve convinced me, I am getting it. I have never smelled the L’eau version, but love the parfum in winter. Love smelling like a glamorous old maid 😂❤
It’s currently on back order online. I just ordered mine. The bottle looks beautiful and minimalist. I love it. This is one of those perfumes that will look beautiful on my vanity. Can’t wait to spray!

I watched another reviewer and they said that Chanel made a pouch for it, but only gave it to select influencers. It’s too bad that it doesn’t come with everyone’s purchase of the perfume. Thank you for the review Allison! Not a fan of Chanel no 5. How does no 5 L’eau compared to Cristalle Eau Verte EDP? I was just recently recommended it by my SA and love it from the sample I have! I’m on the fence with Comete. I kinda like the scent but also at the same not love love. I’ve only smelled it on paper, have not tried Comete on my skin chemistry yet. Gardenia and Beige are my top favorite Chanel scents. 🖤🤍

I absolutly adore No5 l'eau🖤🤍 it looks amazing and you (as always) also looks amazing... I think the price is steep.. still in doubt to buy this limited edition or Cométe🤔
