I'm excited to see the A.Sol changes. I might actually try to pick him up. Seems like the nee ability is a giant area slow that does damage over time before disappearing.

Crime city won the poll but debonair won China poll if I remember so they decided to do all three.

Crime city won the world vote, debonair won for china. So they did both those in the same year but said they'd still do monster tamer at a later time because the poll was really just to see which one people wanted the most. They planned all of them anyway. Just like how we will get Goth this year from the last poll but we will see more infernal and arclight in the future

The only champion that does that for me is Rell. Like, is Rell even a real champion? Out of all the champions that's been released since I stopped playing League, Rell is the most invisible and non-existent to me.
