I always hate throwing away sentimental pieces so I keep them and once a year I send them to a lady I found on Etsy and she makes them into a quilt. It’s such a great way to keep the memories but not the clutter.

Maia, a game changer for me was hiring someone to clean my house once a week while I go grocery shopping. I still clean every day but for someone to come in and just do the vacuuming, mopping, and dusting is a God send. Try vinegar on the mold stains, that is how we have disinfected things after hurricanes. Also, I do the same with the toys, I literally clean them up every night for no reason.
I think Mama's who use changing tables are like unicorn Mama's lol because I bought changing tables everything for my babies and found the floor with a changing blanket to work. My changing tables never got used they ended up being just furniture in the house
maia has something about her that is so relaxing, everytime i'm feeling anxious i can just come here or her tiktok page and see what she is up to lately and it's always the same cleaning videos, the same cute babies just getting bigger and even cuter, the same white claws and traveling videos. she is my favorite content creator and she doesn't even have to anything other the put her camera on and live her life
space bags saved my life with saving old clothes. i basically created a filing system with old clothes in space bags haha. there's mold literally everywhere, outdoors and indoors so i don't think a lil mold hurts, as long as you kill it with a bleach wash
you do have to throw the car seats out because of the mold… mold spores will not be killed by anything safe to use on the car seats. it’s not worth the health risk.

I feel for you so bad. Once I got to my 3rd little I realized that in order to keep my laundry decently maintained, I kept all of our clean clothes in one central area. So all of our clothes just got cleaned, folded and put away in my closet and dressers. And the more things I accumulated, the more clutter there was. Especially when I kept going through organization transitions to find out what worked best. So I just tried to stop accumulating and just stuck to one way of organizing whether its hard or not because every method has its pro's and its con's. I was driving myself crazy trying to figure out how to fix problems. And any one negative comment amongst many good ones, I would break down. Then after a considerable amount of time, I started taking it out on my kids. I had to stop and evaluate realistically. People dont realize how hard we are on ourselves already so one negative comment feels like the end of the world. I started not caring about anything, cause there seemed to be no point. My efforts always felt like failure. Thus my problems got worse. I had to force myself to let things roll off of my back. For me and my kids. Not anyone else. Youre amazing. A majority of negative comments come from people who dont have kids. Hope this helps.
KC Davis really put me on to organizing my laundry and not necessarily folding every single item. I think it could save you a ton of time too!! Only fold/hang things that absolutely need to be. Love you all and your videos!!

Hey Maia, I literally don’t think you’ll read this but it would help u a lot. When you clean the girls playroom, just use a broom and shove all the toys in one corner. Then u don’t have to bend down 100 times.

I feel ya on the mold spots. The hubs forgets to out wet clothes in hamper from diaper bag when I work. Soaking in oxyclean for few hours and washed throughly has been a life saver.

It's probably overkill but they have those different baskets and tubes that pick up tennis balls. I wonder if it would work for the ball pit balls, definitely easier on the back lol
Get you a weird friend that loves doing laundry! My best friend has three boys and I just show up at her house and will hang out all day doing her laundry and putting it away. She used to try to tell me to stop but she gave up 😆 The laundry friend showed up right after I commented that!
Don’t stress mama you’re doing a great job and we’ve all been in your place at one time or another! Do you ever see yourself buying a bigger house? And hiring a housekeeper to come one day a week?? That in itself would be a lifesaver. I did it and I never looked back

I feel you girl. I wish I could help you! I’m currently eating lunch and I have three overflowing baskets of laundry to do, and my boyfriend has at least three loads of his stuff I need to wash because he’s been too busy with work. One of my loads is sheets and blankets too which are impossible to fold!! I get so overwhelmed when I’m surrounded by clutter. I just try and put my main focus on making sure the playroom is clean, the kitchen, and the crib has clean sheets. Everything else I do when I can 😂 and my 2 year old hates when I clean
