I use a back paddle bound to left stick yeah :D But a lot of people prefer dodge on left/right stick too

13:28 that combo was the stuff of legends, that is one of those combos where if I died to it there would be no rage just mad respect for the skill. Also I hate sumo slap and a part of my soul dies when I have to use it because I get nothing else.... *tears*

Teamers I just get used to, 3rd parties are annoying everytime, I just miss doing Solo Trios, BUT I hear solo trios is back next week

According to the devs, the moment you click a button to do an attack of any kind, the game looks for a valid target. That is, the instant you CLICK the button, it looks, not after, not before. So for the volley dive after a roll, you keep doing it before the invulnerability period is over which means it cant find any target to hit. you actually just straight up cant punish roll with volley dive, its too slow, so they'd have time to react if you did it correctly. People still keep trying with me though, and I attribute a lot of my wins to that

Nah I figured it out, Volley dive is shorter range than Dolphin ☺️ Dolphin hits 100%

@@Narny ahhhh okay that would explain it then, my bad, thanks for correcting me on that one. For most situations though, I do still think it's worth keeping the thing about when the game looks for a target in mind, because Ive been seeing so many people complain about things that just boil down to their own timing. BTW, seeing as dolphin dive, like most upgraded moves, uses more stamina, would this make it more worth it, or would volley dive still be best for those who prefer long combos like yourself?

@@nostalgicturtle6757 Just check Narny's response to my comment, I was wrong about my initial statement. BUT, volley dive does use 5 less stamina, so if shorter range is fine for your playstyle, I'd rather use that myself, but I prefer building my pods with loads of stamina and health to make sure I never ever get stambroken, and I won't assume that applies to everyone else, so it's up to you.

Fun fact but I believe everyone might have know this possibly. The super vicious attack is the Atomic Buster from the Red Cyclone Zangief. Also for any suggestions on new moves that you guys might think should be in Rumbleverse. I like to see the Lariat in Rumbleverse or the actual German suplex.

Yeeees! I’ve been in love with these combos every since you used them on me in the custom lobbies 😂 I almost never seem to find Uppercut and dive at the same time, but when I do the experience is immaculate. Also I see what you mean about the tracking. Been whiffing DD a lot lately. Volley Dive is probably better as long as you’re running the stamina for it

Yeahh Volley Dive has shorter range so it won't punish strike bailouts, Dolphin dive will(But its still kinda weird because it just doesn't wanna hit sometimes)
