This is a Glacial Geek Warhammer 40,000 Kill Team Battle Report!
The Imperial Navy utilizes numerous planets around the galaxy to keep their fleets fueled and supplied as they journey forth to defend Terra and the Imperium of Man against all the numerous threats levelled against it. These are critical to the success of the Imperial mission and these locations, when discovered by the enemy, can quickly become targets for assaults.
When a Kroot Farstalker Kinband found themselves on one of these planets, they immediately set about raiding the supplies to carry on their missions. All that stands between them and the critical supplies needed to keep the Imperial war machine grinding is a brave band of Imperial Navy Breachers.

A breath of fresh air to KT gaming! Woot! Super fun game using the new cards. I like that the secondaries are changed up. I also felt more comfortable playing the Kroot. The synergy was better outdoors vs confines of indoor missions.

The new recon is dash with fly, the new fortify allows a barricade to be placed on vantage. The game also starts with 4 cp in these game modes

Exactly. 3CP to start, and +1 at each initiative phase, so the game starts with 4CP now rather than 3

Yup not sure why they did not use any of the new rules, they just played the new mission style

Somehow the first thing I notice from this is how the ladders terminate to broken pillars at the bridge sections... I mean, now you can actually get to the bridge, but if there had been a pillar there... Then again. Imperial architecture...

Awesome game! Glad to see the synergies and tactics in action- recently won a copy of Into the Dark as a tournament prize, and I have been trying to figure out how the Navy Breacher team is supposed to work.

In the second turning point the kroot pistolier used the gunslinger attack but it was not a valid shooting attack as he only has a range of 6 inches and he shot way farther than that

@@nathanwtc742 yeah, they're unfortunately probably the worst bespoke team, awesome looks and stuff but they lack killing power and have tissue paper for armor. Its big sad because i've loved the Kroot since the Ciaphas Cain novels but they get pretty relentlessly hosed on the table.
