Today we take on the D World in Rogue Genesia and unlock some new things, like the Weapon of the first boss we face. But after receiving a money making artifact the runs becomes absolutely crazy and we buy out pretty much everything we come across, right before nuking the final boss.

Sorry, I know the video is super long but I dislike exploring something new but then only showing the super cool stuff without any sort of feeling of what the new stuff really is like. I am also highly behind in recording schedule - in other words 0 videos - and tomorrow I gotta come in with work, which includes a ton of time wasted. I'll record the Vampire Survivors 1.0 Release today and maybe head right into a limit break video of the new weapon on top of it to have at least 1 video for tomorrow.

a) it's nice to finally see the D-world enemies that I made and animated =v= b)The dev said/planned for enemies to emit light around them to help with the maps clarity , at least that's what I heard a week ago =v=)/

I like the character design. Fits well, its like an "ah shit here we go again" body stance and he knows he just farts out godkilling amount of dmg.

You can use the cactus to trigger any "on damage..." bonuses... but definitely don't just stay on top of them. 😆

I've been playing this so much lately. The challenges can go from easy to very difficult. Also the rewards make the tainted cards so good. Even better than some rare cards.

Tainted cards are so good now. I've been prioritizing Cardio over even some heroic cards

@@robosteez yeah, but then it becomes irrelevant the moment you pull Lunatic. A one-shot is a one-shot. If you're already killing things in one hit, having more damage is pretty useless. I'd rather have higher attack speed to one-shot things more quickly.

@@robosteez in D rank runs, you should be able to max out the crit cards. Even if you take Absolute Focus, you want to shoot for high attack speed to make up for the low crit rate. And like I said, Lunatic should give you high enough base damage. The tainted card should suffice until you find Lunatic.

This game is strangely demanding. I mean it doesn't lag on my 3080 but after playing for an hour my PC becomes a personal heater. Kind of crazy.

Lmao Dex your run was actually shorter because of the artifact that removes the kill requirement. The 3rd stage requires like 10k+ kills, and it usually takes twice as long as the time requirement.
