Lol, for normal citizens the standard is "probable cause" to justify issuing a warrant. But, ostensibly, for Trump, there needed to be "overwhelming evidence that the raid was 'absolutely necessary.'" Okay.

The FBI is out there to investigate crimes, matter who commit them. It’s beyond me to see people questioning their work.

I still have confusion one one point. Did a Federal Judge issue this warrant? I have read that it was a magistrate? How would a magistrate, who normally oversees DUI charges, issue a federal warrant on an ex-president? Seems over reaching his power.

Is there no one out there that wishes a new political party could come through? I want America to have some political dignity again.

All sarcasm aside. The FBI and the Judge that issued the warrant both must have thought long and hard before this action. In some ways it is similar to Comey's decision on Clinton. The repercussions in this case may become violent.

Who finds it normal to keep TS/SCI documents completely out of their right secured place? if they were de-classified, the documents would have to hold the proper markers, so they wouldn't be referred no longer as TS/SCI .
