This is an AMAZING Printer!!! I have a Epson DTG, but this is a GAME CHANGER!!! The difference between minor and major league printers!!! There is not a printer on the market that can compete with this. I have to have this!!!
Its look great, how about white ink circulation, is their white ink also running on waste tank even though you not use their white ink .mine have problems with brother gtx DTG, even though I use or not use white ink, that white ink always running on waste tank

You get what you pay for. if you have more volume of print needed machines gonna cost more. we do grand format and have a couple machines that were $550k each. but they print a lot fast

Hey bud! For the quality and output speed of this machine we are looking at quite the discount compared to other printers with similar performance. Is this machine for everyone? Probably not. If prints per hour, ink savings, warranty protection and after purchase support are important this is a lot cheaper than other machines in this class :)
@@todd3166 I re-read your first comment and was agreeing with you that $49,995 for a printer that does what the F3070 does is in fact a low low price when compared to the market. Some of the factors you mentioned should be part of a good business plan to be PROFITABLE with the machine

Hello, After reviewing the mounting points where it is attached to the stand it appears it can technically be disassembled to manuever in a door way but I feel this would ONLY be doable with a FULL moving team of people for safety reasons

Hello, Yes, both garments were pretreated in advance prior to our arrival and these were both cured in a conveyor dryer with forced air. The forced air feature is what allows us to get a solid cure on a DTG print in place of contact/pressure from a heat press machine
@@AAPrintSupplyCo So when you cure the pre treated shirts through the dryer, does it still leave a box ghosting affect? Or is the pretreatment not visible and not stiff? Cause normally you can see of feel the stiffness of the pretreatment.

Pricing is set by the manufacturer for consumables such as ink. Newer machines may enjoy advancements in technology and if you are looking at the per liter pricing I can see your point of view. Lower cost per print is one of the selling points for the F3070 likely due to the bulk ink option they developed for this printer. That being said, F2100/F2000 ink pricing has remained relatively stable since it's release years and years ago
Aeon and Kornit are nice machines for sure but dual platen tech usually puts the machine itself in an entirely different price bracket. For the quality, warranty protection, and ease of operation I do feel this machine is the better value. For the cost of one dual platen DTG printer you could run 2 of these with no special electrical and outperform quality and quantity wise : )
Yes. I ve been looking at shirt printing methods cause every so often I get clients asking for shirts so Ive learned a bit and a quick search for "multi-platten" or "multi-station" DTG printers will bring up various printers that do 2 or more shirts at a time for right around the same price or less. Also, for $50K+ you can get your self an very nice 6 or 8 color automated screen printing set up and not have to worry about printer maintenance and cost, things going wrong with the printer, technology being outdated, pre-treatment, etc. and get the premium results screen printing gives you.
@@madmedia3380 Hey there, for mass production if the customer has the square footage, fully trained team of print staff to RUN a full assembly line operation on such a machine (loader, unloader, scooper, preparing screens for each individual color, aligning perfectly each screen, etc), special electrical hookups and capital in hand to finance all of that overhead then I suppose eventually with a substantial amount of order volume the investment price may eventually see a return. That being said, this machine can produce a sizeable output with a single operator in a bedroom and a much softer learning curve. The weekly maintenance if done weekly takes minutes with the INCLUDED maintenance kit. In addition, Epson DTG customers will enjoy multi layered support with the best warranty in the business. No one is going to include the installation of the screen print set up or come out to service the machine if it needs attention under warranty. While there is room for all types of printing in the community, I feel we are comparing apples to oranges here a little bit
@@AAPrintSupplyCo I think What you are referring to is massive industrial sized screen printing machines used by commercial service providers but This epson machine is not geared to that customer. While there are some downsides or challenges to screen printing, they are not some of the things you mentioned. You dont need a huge warehouse to do it. You can run screen printing out of a garage if you want, run with 1 or 2 people and get a very nice set up with everything you need for around $10K, leaving plenty left over for inks and other consumables/tools. Thats a fraction of this machine cost. I dont know what special plugs or hook ups you would need? A dryer plugs into a regular outlet just like this printer. This printer is also not the smallest machine either from what ive seen . It very big and thats not even counting the other machines you would need like a a pre-treatment area or machine cause you dont want to be spraying pre-treatment in your bedroom. A pre-treat machine is another $3-4K + heat presses+consumables. What hurts this machine is the price point and I imagine Epson will offering some nice rebates on it to get it moving because This machine also requires a high volume of printing in order to see a return. If it goes 1 or 2 days without use, its costing money and its why you see lots of individuals selling their dtg machines but if your a true high volume printer, your going to opt for something bigger, faster or with multiple platens like the original commenter said. If your an individual or medium volume shop, another option is to just go with the cheaper, more compact Epson DTG's. You can get two F2100's for less than this one machine. Yes they will be slower but youll be able to run two jobs at once
For the speed/performance, machines in this class are typically much more expensive. There are different stages of business this machine/production volume is ideal for. Have you looked at the Epson F2100 DTG printer?
Mass production = nah For small companies looks fine :-) Technician view... nope, i dont want service that machines :D even Kornit machines looks better for service :D
That thing is UNNECESSARILY huge. Waste of space to print a shirt at a faster rate. You could have made it the same size as the F2100 and also unnecessarily high priced cost for a LARGER ink cartridge supply. Thats just robbing people for bigger equipment. Im not impressed with this at all!
