⇒ Do I have to use these nails? NO- you can use this method with ANY PRESS ON NAILS YOU LIKE - the key is to follow these exact steps if you want them to last. I am just sharing my personal favorite set of press on nails because I think they look the most natural and look good as they grow out.
⇒ Is this safe/ sanitary? I have literally been doing this method for 4+ years and I've NEVER had any issues whatsoever. My natural nails are completely fine and if I wanted to grow them out I could. I do this method because I don't like using regular nail polish because it always chips on me no matter what I try and acrylic and gel is too hard and tedious to apply and remove. These nails are easy, fast, cheap, look great and don't break or chip. A win-win!
⇒ Do these really last 2+ weeks? YES!! As long as you follow the steps exactly - the filing with a 100 grit file and double glue bond is essential. I cook, clean, wash dishes, take baths etc and they do not come off. The only time they ever come off is if I jam a finger in something - but in those cases my natural nail or even an acrylic would break too.
