They absolutely need to make cars reach proper top speeds in GTA VI, this nonsense of state-of-the-art supercars barely reaching 130mph needs to end.

@@pedinhuh16 Yeah, the top speed in GTA VI for a car should be around at least like 200 mph. It doesn't need to be like 270+ or anything, but if the top speed of the fastest vehicle in the game is like 209, that's definitely good enough imo. Imagine a Bugatti Veyron only going 120, it's just ridiculous, that mf should be going 190 at LEAST

​@@DeadSpacedOutI think it's like 180 mph for the fastest car in the game. And that's in the city. A super flat road is like barely 170. And even the fastest jet is 230 at high altitude I'm pretty sure.

It kinda looks like they're planning on making GTA 6 a kind of full-on arcade racing game (that also happens to be an open world crime game) for the people looking for a good arcade racing game as there aren't any in the market currently but they're using GTA Online to test the waters first. GTA Online managed to make as much money as it did over the course of a decade because it was essentially being used as a replacement for the Midnight Club games as almost everybody bought Shark Cards to buy, customise and race cars. They are definitely going to do the same with GTA 6's multiplayer but they will probably make it even more like an arcade racing game to appeal to those players and therefore sell more Shark Cards or whatever the GTA 6 equivalents will be.

​@@CyanRooperI think they're gonna spice it up with slightly more simulating driving. More realistic but I'm glad if this us the case. Because I hate GTA 4 ultra realistic driving. It needs to be fun

I think they're using these recent racing focused updates to look at player reactions to these types of features to see how well they would work in GTA 6.

I really hope that there will be offline street races with bots!

@@sanderhackerhd8369 you can add bots in the editor now , they drive pretty good but they are limited by top speed and cant choose where they go they are amazing rally drivers

As a guy who just got off prostreet like 3 months back... This hits!!!

The burnout that players have to do at the start of the drag race looks like it was taken straight out of Need for Speed Prostreet while the actual drag racing looks kind of like a mix of Underground 2 and Most Wanted 2005.

Exactly, every game makes drifting so bad and hard since NFSU and NFSU2. Now R* nailed it.

They suck though. Hopefully you can make custom drag races, and it doesn't HAVE to be more than a mile and a half long or something. Why do they honestly give a fuck how long a custom race is?
