I add cottage cheese to my scrambled eggs when i start cookin them...my mom also used it in her lasagna when i was growin up...looks delicious...will have to try!!!

Yes you can heat up cottage cheese. We had it in our lasagna too.

I don’t know if it’s a southern thing or not but I’m from FL and a lot of people I know use cottage cheese and mozzarella in lasagna. A lot of people don’t know about it, but they always want the recipe for it. But that’s really the only difference. It’s incredibly tasty. Never thought of a lasagna bowl doing low carb. Thanks for the idea. Sounds good.

I'm so glad to see another tracking points and calories. I asked about it on the Connect page in WW and people honestly seemed offended that I considered also tracking calories! But I find I can still overeat if just using points.

Hello!! Yes, I too have encountered some resistance over this past year to the fact that I double track. I realized a couple of years ago, that I was severely under eating. When I first started double tracking - I was barely eating 1000 calories a day. There are so many things I love about WW. It provides a structure I need, but also tracking calories and protein is something that is really working for me.

I agree about the cottage cheese- I thought warm 😮 but once I tried it and it got kinda creamy when all stirred together, I love it now.

Unfortunately, my husband is allergic to chicken. You should try the cottage cheese bowl - it was SOOO good!!

I’m not a huge fan of precooked eggs, but I’ve found if I cook the night before they don’t have that rubbery feel to them 🥴

Ohhh good eye!! I didn’t even notice that on the label. Pretty sure the one I get from Kroger doesn’t have any oil in it. Better being my reading glasses to the store today 😂 😂

You are right about the cottage cheese bowls looking gross, but I am very interested to try them! I think with the chicken lasagna one, I'm gonna add some fresh baby spinach in it. I wonder if your husband would eat something like that, but instead of chicken, maybe add cooked crumbled sausage or ground beef? Thanks for the review of the vanilla Quest. I'm going to give it a try, too.

Joe would never eat cottage cheese 😂 he gets disgusted when I eat it. He’s a huge milk drinker so to him it’s rotten milk.
