Protein powder in oatmeal is gross tho 😢 I rather do scrambled oats or overnight oats. It sounds like a good idea until u eat it.

@@awoa2011it is depending on which protein u use . I’ve used some protein powders that made the oatmeal gritty, but if you get one that mixes well, it’s not too bad. I hope her tofu isn’t made with soy. As soy is bad for you .

Did we not just watch her make meals that look delicious as well as well as healthy? Everyone eat for survival, its literally a requirement for being human, doesnt mean we cant also like the taste. Food is a massive part of society and most cultures, nothing wrong with taking enjoying from it. You're reaction to this video and comment says more about your negative relationship with food than anything else

You speak the truth about most people aren't doing what this young lady is doing. Most people in the U.S.A. aren't buying fresh whole foods and cooking. They're in the fast food lines, buying prepackaged foods in the grocery store, and if they are indeed cooking, it's unhealthy. Also eating so many bad snacks too often. I became one of those people over the years but, moving away from that now. Also working on the stress eating, which is usually unhealthy. Some nutritionist say that eating fast food should only be 1 - 2 times a month because of how unhealthy it is. Although more people are choosing to change their lifestyle to love themselves more and treat the body right, we still have a long way to go in this country. 🙏🏾❤️

You have to be very determined and disciplined to maintain and make this a lifestyle. I've started a diet and eating habits 3 times, with the longest lasting a year, and back to old habits I went because I cook for me and my babies so cooking more than one meal is stressful any pointers?

Have you tried “pumfu” which is pumpkin seed tofu? No soy & great flavor. There’s also chickpea tofu - no soy at all. I stay away from soy as well. Pumfu is made by Foodies company. Best of success to you.

So , basically Two scoops plant protein & Tofu that's all . You will get Vitamins, Fats & Minerals deficiency. Add variety or supplement the vitamins & minerals. For fats , add Avocado & Flaxseeds or more Chia seeds.

Love it! Can you do videos on bloating as a vegan? I’ve been vegan for 4 years and stomach stay bloated in spite of exercising. I eat vegan meats so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.

I was vegan 6 years and same issue. Also got Candida and bloodwork was a mess year after year. My body told me it was good for a cleanse but not long term.
