Priscilla should have never gotten as much as she did but she did. She refused to help to sue colonel Parker. She was probably afraid her name would be brought up in that law suit. Also Priscilla helped colonel parker burn some of Elvis books when he was in the hospital. That was told by other people in the Memphis mafia. She also helped colonel parker run Larry Geller off a few times. But Elvis was the one who kept calling Larry to come back with him. Larry has told so many stories about where he was when Elvis died and how he saw him that morning and then when he came to the gate he was told Elvis had been taken to the hospital. And had died. So I’m not sure which story is true. Then one of the guys said he had taken books upstairs that Larry had brought to him. Then they’re saying no they didn’t see him that morning.

Colonel Parker’s got allot of money no doubt, but you have to remember there had to be some one with the responsibilities of getting all the musical instruments and all the stage equipment and all the luggage for all those people. Have you ever seen how many people there were and how much luggage and equipment? So colonel was responsible for all that stuff and all the people to get to every concert. And lots of times they were doing one night to get off and go to the next place. Think about how you’d move over a hundred people and their luggage & equipment and have them all set up ready to sing the next night. It’s not an easy thing to do. Think about how much money and time it takes to do all that. Planes, and vans and Elvis had to have a limo to pick him up here and deposit him there. It’s allot of work. Think of it. Elvis voice paid for all that.

The Elvis world knows what a scumbag Col Parker was. Look how he treated Steve Binder and the scorn he had for the 68 TV Special. There's an interview on You Tube where someone from the ABC network interviews Tom Parker and he lied throughout it. Col Parker said that he ' Never interfered with Elvis in the studio, he recorded whatever song he wanted too'. And yet Elvis wasn't allowed originally to record Suspicious Minds because Col Parker couldn't get the publishing rights on it. Same reason Elvis couldn't record I will Always Love You by Dolly Parton and a ton of other songs by other artists. The Col was the greatest promotor yes but the worst Manager. He didn't care whether you liked him or not he used Elvis as a cash cow even attempting to sell his contract without Elvis' knowledge in 1977. Now to write a book and attempt to pass the blame to Elvis making some bad decisions is so disgraceful and unrespectful to his memory. The book should be burnt.

Colonel Parker’s wasn’t alone all that time. He had that lady that was secretary- she turned out to be his second wife. She told the story herself in the video with Joe Esposito and a host of others. She was with him each step. He hired her back years before.

This story about helping the colonel is almost the same as the guy Eddie who took care of the luggage and taking Elvis pics and several other things he did on the tours. Of course I know Elvis had allot of people around him helping so it is very possible there was more than one person doing the things he and Eddie both claim to have done. I mean all the people and their luggage that had to be transported to the planes to go to each place they traveled to.

Colonel Parker was not alone in his work with Elvis. The lady Louianne parker, Parker’s second wife, started out working with colonel parker as soon as he hired her about the time Elvis started going to Vegas. Louianne herself tells the story of how she and Tom parker were lovers and she was his secretary while she worked for him, and after his wife died she took care of him till his death. So colonel Parker’s wasn’t alone. He did have a female for companionship. So quit saying oh poor colonel. He sold membership to his snowman’s club. Some of the richest people wanted to be in the snowman’s club. Louianne told the story herself how the snowman’s club was a blank book.

I would say when a court found both a client's manager and record label guilty of collusion, conspiracy, fraud, misrepresentation, bad faith and overreaching, it does not look too good. Andreas Van Kuijk might have been a humanitarian, promotor and trail blazer, but he was a bad manager. A good manager would've realized and nurtured the immense talent of his client and worked tirelessly towards also assisting in having that creative potential fulfilled. Whatever his motives, Andreas' shortsightedness isolated Elvis from all possible positive creative influences and opportunities on purpose, and his illegality in die USA ensured Elvis never travelled the world to perform. Furthermore the question begs, how do you NOT put in place the necessary structures to provide the greatest interpreter of song ever with the BEST possible song material? I'll give this one a skip.

Parker never really maximized Elvis's earnings, just look at the ridiculous cheap cost of the Las Vegas tickets...

ELVIS died August 16, 1977 not August 17, 1977🙄

Parker was a Gambling addict who worked Elvis without concern for Elvis resulting poor health. He should have been fired but it was easier said than done. To avoid all the leeches n their lawsuits, Elvis switched places with a dying fan and took off. Google Ron Laytner interview of Billy Smith, Elvis cousin and Marty Lacker, Elvis best man. Elvis likely went to Hawaii. Gail Brewer Georgio n others reported hearing from Elvis but all those benefiting from Elvis being dead on August 17,1977 don't want any changes to their current profitable arrangement
