Ya I’m more excited for this mod then aotr for a few reasons, the best part about this mod is it will come out fully fleshed out because there reskining most things

I was waiting for the New Republic overhaul but this is great news I hope they finally add Captain Shed into this and he could show up in the New Republic era with Thrawn and I hope they don't nerf the nebula star destroyer like thrawns revenge it's my favourite ship and it feels like a glass canon in that
I hope that In this Mod you can build the clone legions again like in Republic At War and my personal favourite The Clone Wars mod. Because as much as I love Fall Of The Republic and trust me i really do love it I am not sure how I feel about the system for legion deployment. In the mod you only get the legion of the Jedi you deploy personally I wasn’t a fan of that feature and prefer to make the legions myself so I can deploy multiple of them because if I deploy Anakin and obi wan for example I don’t get both the 501st and 212th instead only the legion of the Jedi I deployed first. For maps like Umbara, Geonosis, Selucemai, Felucia and Annexus in particular I would want to deploy multiple legions/battalions/corps to be more accurate. Another cool feature that love about Republic At War over The Clone Wars Mod is having the different units Corps, Legion and Battalion maybe Company too. having different numbers of troops and build cap levels that would be awesome.
Hey so I sent a screenshot to the developers and they answered with this “it will be answered soon, and this person should be quite happy” so I’m assuming your gonna get you way which I’m glad cause I also want to be able to deploy multiple legions at once
Oh i am excited for this cause i tried the Fall for the Republic and it did not click at all Just so much to that one @-@ This seems like more my speed for sure
@@omega13whitelucario95 ok, so time to kill basically is how long it takes for units to die, in simple terms units in aotr have a large amounts of health and takes along time to die in comparison to most mods where they die quickly. In my opinion I like how aotr does it
@captonx2 ah gotcha Yeah that makes sense And agreed Granted if things are focused down that health does melt regardless But yeah I have to agree having a slower time to kill makes it better/easier because it gives you a chance to react more rather then "oh everything is dead after I blinked"
I'm wondering if they will have a full hero roster for both sides at that time. The Seperatist's are pretty easy, but they might have an issue with the Republic. Also, getting a lot of those more complicated models (General Grievous) is going to be pretty hard.
I asked the devs and didn’t get a response so stay tuned for future vids when they do respond I’ll mention it, and tbh they’ll likely have a bunch of heroes and Grievous shouldn’t be too hard to make, to my knowledge the developers just recently picked up some new modelers so hopefully new models shouldn’t be what is difficult

@@captonx2 Sweet, thanks Capton! I hope it does a good showcase of the CIS. I would love to see what they did with Trench. I am hoping they redesign the Providence Dreadnaught like Fall of the Republic did, makes it more distinct.
If they can make a sub-mod that is based on the Clone Wars, here are the few other sub-mods I hope they can make in the future: The first would be set during the Dark Times from 19-5 BBY. The second would be set during the early rebellion from 5 BBY to the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY. And the third would be set during the rise of the First Order all the way up to the Battle of Exegol.
Haha, for what’s its worth, prgoresss has been made towards that update so it’s not going to be a year after this mod comes out that the update does if that makes you feel any better,
There’s going to be a lot of cool opportunities with this mod but some stuff may not be introduced for a couple of years, a darth maul/criminal faction may not come out for a couple years
@@captonx2 That’s ok, I figured as much but the fact that is this mod is happening. I look forward to seeing what they come up with and if eventually they bring things to AoTR so it seems like a linked universe.
@@specterrix7749 the best part I tried to make clear in a short video, is that for the most part the coding and modeling and stuff so to speak is that everything used in one mod should be basically straight up transferable to the other mod so adding them to the other should be easy
