New epic e1000 x plane 11, best payware aircraft x plane 11 2019. I believe, but thats only my opinion. I’ll use this aircraft for some G1000 tutorials, please use the poll in the video, as I’ll only continue to make tutorials as long as they are popular. Thanks for reviewing this plane. I live in Bend Oregon where Epic is based and half my friends work for them, building these things. Aerobask did an exceptional job on this, and its the centerpiece of my collection ( which is not tiny ). I wish i had your skills with textures and lighting. I must be doing something wrong, can't find the poll but I totally love the style & format of this. Perfect pacing, crystal clear graphics, nice use of "highlight bubbles" & most important of all, friendly & engaging narration. Yes make a bunch of videos using this style.

Love your style in your reviews, subscribed. The realism and level of detail of the aircraft is also greatly improved over previous Aerobask models. Think of the stiff looking passengers in the Diamond DA-62 and compare it to the natural looks here.

I would argue that the TBM 900 by Hot Start is MUCH better, although I'm not sure when it came out. The rain effect is nice, but the raindrops don't seem to care about gravity. They hit and stick. If they had them drop, or wash backwards because of props, then it would be PERFECT!!! But it is a good effect. And you should have done more than two G1000 tutorials. They were you best vids.

The E1000 is a nice airplane and they put quite a bit into it. Still, it could use a service pack. Above all, I think the flight model needs some tweaks, I'd like to see a more realistic two-stage engine start up, a more realistic handling of the inertial separator and better ground handling. Having said all that, I do enjoy flying it. In terms of the G1000, it's nice, though, light. I'd like to see some bugs fixed, some map improvements and some more functionality added.

Found your channel trying to look into this plane. It will be my first Aerobask bird and now I can't wait to add this to the fleet. The TBM Hot Start looks great too but I am not quite ready for that level of "study" and would instead just hop in and fly for a bit. Thank you so much for the review. Its because of you I decided to get this plane!

Used the freeware Aerobask DR401 for a while. It helped me see that Aerobask make solid products. As a result, I bought this E1000 G1000, no regrets. Awesome.

1st I love your videos, 2nd I would agree this a great add-on, but, I would disagree about being the best. Please check out the hot start TBM 950, Same type of aircraft, however tbm 950 has more to offer. Thanks again for your videos, much enjoyed and appreciated.

Hi Raul, Thanks man! I'm delighted you like my content, I really appreciate your complement! Well what really surprised me, was simple things this model has, like the backup gear extension system. But if I where to do a type rating in this aircraft, I'd be using this version of the E1000 for sure. I've done this before on a Multi/IR test on the DA-42 to great effect once. Before I got to the examiner I could fly the aircraft perfectly, he couldn't get over the fact that I knew all the procedures, where everything was etc... Flight sim works! : )

Very nice video and I appreciate that you take the time to make these as well as making tutorials! I'm new again to flight simming! Used to fly for years but took a long break and now they're so great looking I had to get back in, via X Plane 11. I notice you have the Rift VR, a couple friends of mine have that and I helped one of them get his system set up for it, installed new video card for him, the GTX 1660 Ti, which I also put in my computer, I also have the i7 6700 but mine is at 3.4 ghz and I see that you have the 1080 so it seems the Rift works quite nicely for you!>? Before I could buy the Rift, they took it off line so I could not buy it then they put up the Rift S. I'd love to know what you think of the VR with the Rift? I have heard that reading the cockpit instruments is difficult? I've looked into the HP Reverb which has higher resolution, but its also higher prices by a couple hundred bucks too, so I'm not sure which way to go, and if I'll need a bigger badder video card as well. Since I have the Dell XP 8900, getting a bigger Video card in this space may be difficult or worse, it was pretty tight with the GTX 1660 Ti by MSI that I purchased. Thanks for the work you do! I subscribed the first time I watched your videos, its a great source of info for new folks to XP11 such as myself!

Thanks for commenting Don. I had the rift and it's great! It runs great on X-Plane but I had to reduce graphics setting to get the FPS. But the new one is better as you can read the instruments much better. Of course it's always down to your budget with these things. I got the Pimax 4K+ and did a first look review a few weeks ago. Have a look at it and see what you think! There are other flight sims made for VR, I'll be doing a review on the best ones at some stage. I'm delighted you enjoy my content, it does take time to make but its worth it when folks like you appreciate it! I'm always trying to improve the quality, so it you see it dropping let me know! @@GripperSim Thank you for your detailed reply!! Just yesterday I read some reviews on the Pimax 4k, somehow out of what I read I came away thinking the Rift S may be better? But I need to research it more still. They're coming out with 8k but thatll be beyond my budget. I "could" go for a $600 rig, but was preferring to stay within $4-500 range, well see. The clarity of the reverb is so tempting, but HP? Hmmm at least I know I was impressed with 4th he Rift, and if I can read all or most of the instruments with it than I'd probably be quite happy with that. I really appreciate your help and an a happy subscriber to your channel! See ya soon!

Servaas Dejaegher yeah I believe the tbm is still the best in this class of aircraft, when it comes to ground handling it’s definitely a learning curve but once you master it its just as easy as this one

I own the tbm. I fly the Epic. The tbm has some nice features, ike synthetic vision ( which really helps when you live in an area with several micro climates ) but it just doesnt hold a candle to the 1000. Theres nothing wrong with owning both. It's just that youll find the Epic is more comfortable all around and is very instinctive in use Worth every penny and more..

David Rogers they made a bad design decision when it comes to ground handling. With some setups it might be fairly accurate but with other setups ground steering latency etc is horrible and they won’t fix it. Not everyone can afford fancy calibrated rudder setups. I use a twist stick and ground handling is a mess.

I down loaded the newest version of xpane11 about a month ago and i noticed that the new planes in am buying that are 3d does not stay when I am in the cockpit. I have all my keys paired to different views but when i click on one it goes back to 2d and I am unable to look around unless I go to internal view at set it back to 3D. But once I click on a different view it goes back to 2d. Any suggestions.Thanks

I know, I know Naija, I don't think it will kill your FPS. I used to have this problem years ago with PMDG, I had to lower my graphics settings. I saw no effect on my FPS with this one.

Oh man... I can't quite remember...BUT. Its RU-vid audio library music that is under creative commons licence audio library. Try using "Shazam" you can find any music with it.
