Thanks, Colin. Up early again, eh? 1) At 1:09 mins, for those with OCD already annoyed by the missing coping stone on the DNOC on the West Quay, they now have a new focal point. There is still one Brick Facade Coping Stone to install in front of the Mansard Roof wall, and then the boxing off of the Dark-Grey panels behind that. 2) I'd agree that the holes on the East Plaza are for foundations for the Lighting Columns. they are spot on for where lighting columns should be, on the plans. 3) At 2:48 mins, you can see that they have been getting on well with applying anti-slip to the stairways in the Upper Tier of the NE Corner. At 3:22 mins you can see that they have also done so right across the the NW corner of the Upper Tier. 4) If you get the chance, please would you take a vertical close look over the NW expansion gap (seen in the middle of the screen at 3:32 mins). I am curious as to how they plan to prevent water falling directly on to the fans below, as the literal roof layer gap does show on the plans (the same on all four corner gap lines). 5) At 5:09 mins, unless it's been parked temporarily over the other side Nelson Dock, the standing-seam Mill Container appears to have left site, which is understandable. It'll be quite some time before it's needed again for the East Stand Roof. 6) At 6:26 mins, I wonder what is going to be wet-concreted next in that area, as the pump lorry looks ready for action. 7) Glad you mentioned the addition of the Lower Promenade terracing at 7:35 mins. 8) At 10:09 mins, yes, there are planned to be 13 Columnar Elms in that line. There will also be a new border containing 5 trees where you can see the personnel safety gate amongst the green and red safety rails, between the diggers and the stadium. Beyond that future border (southwards) will be the Stage Area, between the just-mentioned future tree border, the SW corner door of the Pump House, the Old Dock Wall Coping Stones and about halfway to the stadium. 9) At 12:57 mins, I thought for a moment you were going to take a closer look at the scaffolding activity around the southern Regent Road Tower Gates. 10) At 13:27 mins, I do wonder when they will remove the hoist fixings in the barrel-cladding sections in the SE section. It just makes it look messy at the moment. 11) At 11:37 mins, yes, the expansion gap at the double-steels will be the northern edge for that run of barrel-cladding at the SE corner. 12) At 14:31 mins you can see how well they have progressed with the installation of reclaimed Cobbles between the barrier rails and Nelson Dock quayside. 13) At 15:04 mins, yes, I'd agree that they look keen to start on the SW barrel-cladding, using the crane that was for the Mill. So, it begs the question as to whether they have 2 "under-the-hook" jigs. 14) At 15:12 mins, I wonder how far eastwards they have got fitting the South Stand coving support struts.

great video CP, but i wonder where Everton FC's commitment to the water front walk / boundary etc ends & that aplies to the whole site, where are the boundary's?

The most interesting thing to me is the outer dock wall. I have been looking on line to see how the original dock walls were built? I imagine they would be built away from the river then let the river come in by digging out the earth? Another thing is how can capstans be strong enough to withstand the pull from and ocean liner? they must be anchored way down in the ground?

At 2:42 on your video you can see in the east stand 2 lots of seats seem to be in the walk way steps, any idear why.

Are they on holiday? Where is everybody?
