I’m hearing you Babe !!!!!😂 I’ve had it too good … time for me to eat healthy 😮 . With cholesterol issues I have found psyllium is good ( Metamucil ) and the lowering cholesterol margarine is very good ( they say better than going without ) loved your video as always and much love ❤

Hi beautiful Melissa. What a great vlog. Thanks. Your daughter is an absolute scream 😂. I love all the K Mart goodies you bought. Especially the bustiers ( not sure how to spell it). Your lashes look amazing. How do they do it? You poor thing having so many allergies. My daughter was born with eczema and she is so allergic to so many things. She has to carry an Epi pen everywhere. I love the colour of your hair, it's beautiful. My partner helped me streak my hair last week and he did a pretty good job. I was naturally blond up until 2022 then it started to go mousy blond so I've given it a bit of a boost. Take care beautiful and sending lots of love to you ❤❤ xx

What a wonderful partner you have 🥰 Haha yes she is hilarious 🤣 she constantly cracks me up. Yes having allergies is horrible I feel for your daughter too. Yes Kmart has some gems 💎 With the lashes I’m not 100% sure it’s kind of like a perm safe for your eyes. They put this solution on them and brush them up over a plastic piece. It’s all done in about 20-30 mins. Then you can’t wet them for 24 hrs. And they last, I believe for a few months. See how I go but so far I’m loving it!! I’ll do a makeup tutorial and show you guys next week xxx lots of love and have a great week 💕♥️💖

Thanks Beautiful so much 🥰 yes I really do see a difference with Bondi boost it’ll take about 3 weeks but then it’ll really start seeing a difference. Take a photo of your hair day one and then a month in. It’s great! 💝🥰♥️

Awe thank you so much for supporting me 🥰 means the world to me. So I didn’t take out the elastic but I did cut the ribbon off. I couldn’t wear a belt with it because of the bow 🎀 the elastic is important to stay so it keeps the waist shape. Hope that makes sense xx ♥️

Hi I lowered cholesterol by giving up champagne boring and gym 3 times a week also blood pressure went down , it’s not fun but feel better , cheers Helen from tassie

Metamucil can help to lower your cholesterol. Of course, check with your doctor first!

You can ask your GP for a referral to a dietitian, or just go visit a naturopath independently. You can get a chronic conditions care plan from your GP which gives you 5 subsidized visits with allied health including dietetics, physio, and exercise physiology. You can't trust these big pharmaceutical companies, the people who sustained vaccine injuries learned this lesson. Lots of Australians are in poor health and dependent on all kinds of medications, driving up business for the big drug companies. I wouldn't take medication unless absolutely necessary. I've had some sessions with the dietitian myself, you get a highly personalised level of service, for me, I had to cut back or cut out a lot of foods like I had to cut down on my carbohydrate intake, I switched to low-carb bread and wraps, she doesn't want me taking any extra snacks, and I cut out a lot of dairy, and increased protein and fibre intake and implemented intermittent fasting.

Thank you so much 🥰 yes I suffered a bilateral pulmonary embolism after having the first mandatory vaccine we had to have. I nearly died & have a video on what happened to me. I definitely don’t want any medication if I can avoid it. I’ll definitely ask my gp about it. Thank you so much I really appreciate you help and advice. Have a beautiful week 💕💝🥰
