I'm impressed. I've been looking for a heavy rider folder for commuting to the train station for years,...one that I can actually AFFORD! I'm definitely interested,...GREAT JOB! I'm really liking the green model. Hopefully I can pop for 1 come springtime.
Hello tds! Thank you for your comment! We are very happy to launch this bike and more importantly, we are happy to listen to our customers and develop a for you! If you'd like to learn more about the Forte, check out this link: zizzo.bike/collections/forte Happy Riding!
Hi Paladin_BR Unfortunately, we no longer use the strap you are referring to. We discontinued the use of that strap because our factory could not achieve the quality and durability we had hoped for. All Forte Bikes are still shipped with the frame hinge protector and the stock magnetic catch should be sufficient to hold the bike closed for most circumstances. Tony
Hi NoShadowOfADoubt! Thank you for your post! Unfortunately, we discontinued the Band a few years back. We loved the idea, but our factory could not get the quality up to the level we were looking for.
Hi @spruillgirl14 Thank you for your comment! I want to mention, we do not have a teal Forte, but we do have a Forest Green Forte! Take a look at it here: zizzo.bike/products/zizzo-folding-bike-forte Please let us know if you have any questions. Tony
Hello Brent! Thank you for your order and we hope you are as happy with the Forte as you are with the Campo! Take a look at this page: zizzo.bike/pages/help-videos For helpful videos on folding and unfolding a ZiZZO as well as other helpful videos. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Tony
Hello Veronica Thank you for your post. Are you referring to "The Band" strap? If so, we no longer use that strap. We discontinued that particular strap a couple of years ago. We use a simpler (and easier to transport) smaller strap. Let us know if you have any other questions! Tony
Hello Al Thank you for your interest in the ZiZZO Forte! We have had a very busy SPring and you may have noticed, we sold out on several model ZiZZO Bikes (including the Forte). We hope to have the Fortes back i stock towards mid-June. If you would like, shoot us an email at support@zizzo.bike and we can add your email to our waitlist. Hello Vedran Thank you for reaching out to us on RU-vid. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside the Contiguous USA. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Tony
Just aheads up. Three times the chain has fallen off the front chain ring of my Liberte. Twice to the inside and then the outside of the chain ring. Perhaps I'll be able to fix this recurring problem by moving and tightening the plastic chain guide that is mounted to the down tube. It was loos from the factory. May still be a good value if I can stop this. But a bike with a chain that is constantly falling off is worth nothing.
Hey Gary Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we do apologize for any difficulties. It does sound like the chain guide was out of alignment. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience and we can help properly adjust the chain guide. For your reference, Shift the bike into gear # 1 (lowest gear). Loosen the single screw holding the chain guide. Only loosen, do not remove. With the chain guide loosened, rotate/raise/lower the chain guide so that it is 1mm from the side of the chain and 1mm from the top of the chain. This should properly adjust the chain guide and prevent the chain jumping of the gears. Tony
