@@dennisseibert9043 damn everybody your age hates this genre everytime I play it they say they just whining. New found glory gots elements of hardcore Chad played in Shai hulud before them
I'm 31, good career, degree, great girlfriend, but yet I always miss being young, but the thing was...everyday was a freaking adventure! You're not alone.
This might be one of the greatest music videos not only in the pop-punk genre, but should be also considered one of the greatest music videos as well. It has one of the catchiest pop punk songs of all time, as well as a bona fide star in Rachel Leigh Cook. And one of the greatest plot twists in music videos.
I remember downloading their entire discography on Kazaa and listening to it on Winamp. Saw them live once too with Less than Jake and Teen Idols. Mannnn..nostalgia feels.
@@jhaz89 Actually it was great to be a part of the budding days of internet to where we are today. The new generation will never know what it was like.
Makes me feel younger and nostalgic, how much I miss the fun I had in my last years of high school. Such a blessing having been a teenager back then, late 90s-early 2000s really were much happier years...Thanks a lot NFG!
Dickies shorts, Arm bands, Rachel Leigh Cook, NFG, theyre my teenage idols, 12 years later, still listening to them and never miss any of their concerts when theyre coming to town.
Just finished watching She’s All That 5 minutes ago and had to come back to this music video. Rachel Leigh Cook is so breath-taking. This is also my favorite NFG song so I’m treating myself to a moment of nostalgia and smiles.
In like 2003 this was on repeat. Repeat is a button we would push to make the song replay from the cd. A CD was a magical round metalic thing that someone from the neighborhood would spend 9 hours putting music on for all their friends and writing clever things with a sharpie 😉
I grew up on NFG and have listened to this song a million times but for some reason now the lyrics “I miss you singing me to sleep” has me dying laughing. They are all rocking out so hard then bust out this line, hilarious 😂
Then u don't know. It's saying talking on the phone til I fall asleep. U never had a girlfriend in highschool who u stayed up talking to til u just fall asleep with the phone in your hand ?
You guys are one of my favorite bands. Being only 17, your music pulled me out from alot of conflicts. When i ride my bike around for miles, i would just play your songs randomly. People would be listening to crappy mainstream around me while i listen to punk and other rock genres.
2004 was my year. What a badass year. Met a smoking hot punk girl, stayed together for 2 years. We broke up, but to this day i I appreciate everything that we shared. And while that was happening, this band would always be playing in the background.
26 years now i am... I discovered this song...when i was feeling so deep...but this song makes me feel strong again! Live is like energy guitar sound...breaking everthing...thanks god!
2020 still listening. You guys were my friend Julia's favorite band. She unfortunately is not with us anymore so I listen to you still hoping she hears me singing.
I remember seeing this on I think it was much music? That was it for me... I listened to this album front to back probably over 300 times and fell in love with pop punk. Used to play this while I skated outside on my mini box. Boom I'm old! 38 now and still listening
Getting the CD and listening to the song over and over and over again on a Christmas Day when I was 15 years old hanging out out 33years old listening to the song
I've been listening to NFG since I was about 12 or 13 and still listening to them at 25. Even though they have played big stages and have done many cover songs, they have always stayed true to their sound and style and that is why I love them! This song always reminds me of my youth and how much fun I used to have. They always have and always will represent true pop punk! New Found Glory for life!!!!
20 years. Gives me the fucking chills man. I’m 22 now and I was listening to this when it came out according to my dad. My dad at that time was 23 and now hes 43 almost 44. God damn

Why was I only 5 when this came out, I wish I was a teenager back when pop-punk was at its peak. Yeah a lot of the bands are still around and I like their new stuff, but the best pop punk is from the 90s to early 2000s.
