I think you do a good job with your make-up ☺️❤️ practice makes perfect, I've been doing my makeup since I was 15 yrs old and I'm still learning... I'm 35 now ☺️ my eyebrows are blonde and you can't see them 😂 I just started dying my eyebrows a few months ago, but before that I always drew them in and OMG 😅 you should see the pictures of me throughout the years...my eyebrows were horrendous 😅 sometimes too thick, too thin or straight and no arch 😂 I enjoy watching you play with makeup and just chit chat with us... you're one of my favorite RU-vidrs 💯😁❤️

Having downturned eyes myself I think you shoyld try to wing your shadow up and out more at the outer corner. I know it might bring it up to your brow more but I think it would help your eyes look more upturned more than following your crease down. It would also give you more room to work on. Just a suggestion you do what makes you happy 😊
