As always Nick and Michon, thank you for the informative video with the touches of humor. Since this is unfinished, I was curious about the back yard area because it clearly showed there were large rocks which looked almost as if they could be a retaining wall. One of the greatest aesthetics of Hurricane, other than the views, is the natural stone and if I was looking at new construction like this I would want to use some of the rocks for zero water landscaping. Nice lot, nice open plan and nice price point... as much as I enjoyed the palatial Parade of Homes tour, I could see myself calling that home.

James, thank you so much for all the love as always! Yes, Mountain View estates has retaining walls that are built using local boulders, in my opinion rock retaining walls look the best. Front landscaping will be included with this home and the rear will be up to the future owner. I’m a big fan of zero scapes, using desert plants and mostly rock or artificial turf. We know how to raise bulldogs and babies, but neither Michon nor myself really have a green thumb lol
