Thanks Rachel. I had someone a few mths ago comment a smart remark saying "Isn't testing a foundation for 12 hours excessive" I replied "Must be nice not to work 12 hr shifts, but many out there do and they deserve to know if a product is worth spending their hard earned money on something and have it last". Needless too say, she didn't reply back🤣🤣🤣🤣💋❤❤ thanks for watching my friend💋

Really? I so wanted to love that concealer, especially since I’m in Aus and had to order it from the US, but I HATED it 😰 it was anything but creaseless, wild how something can be so different on everyone.

I just tried this concealer for the first time. Guess I'm a late bloomer. But this product is fantabulous! I applied it to just one under eye at a time, using only 3 dots under each eye. I then let it set a bit while fanning it. (10 seconds). I used the Hourglass concealer brush to stipple/set it. It dried quickly after using the brush. When I looked at my finished magnified undereye, I was blown away. My undereye skin looked smooth w/a softening, plumping effect with an ever so slight glow. It really is a beautiful concealer that doesn't need powder. I don't really use it anyway. CTilburry only. By the Way, Your eye that was set with powder looked On Point! Fleek Thanx again for the great tutorial!

Good Morning Tara🌞! I have to agree with you with regarding the Hourglass Stick foundation. So many people RAVE over it. I was even with a friend when she first purchased it at Sephora, and lady did a whole demo on her. It looked beautiful! My friend LOVES and SWEARS by it. I got it and it just makes my skin look older & textured. It’s too heavy. I didn’t bother to try their other. I do love their blush palettes. They do have a technology in their products that just blur the skin beautifully. This concealer looks gorgeous on your skin! I first saw your photo post on Instagram and STUNNING! I would probably want to test this out with samples prior to making a purchase. With my dry aging skin, I just don’t know if it will look as radiant as it does on your skin, under my eyes. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But, it really looks beautiful on your skin!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Loved the review wear test! I know this concealer must be top-notch for you to be so excited. You are my go-to for concealer (well, your my go-to for most things TBH ☺️) and I know that if give it your stamp of approval then it’s definitely worth trying. We both turned 40 last year and I have darkness in the hollows exactly where you do. I think I would go in with a little corrector (maybe the new CT?) first to perhaps ensure that those dark areas stayed well hidden for longer than 6 hours. Thank you for recognizing in your reviews that many of us work 12 hours or longer and our makeup needs to stay bulletproof for that long. Awesome review and I’m so happy to see how excited you are about this new launch!! 😘❤️🤗💜☺️

I picked this up yesterday along with the new concealer brush at IMATS. Hourglass was offering 30% off at their booth.The hourglass employee applied it under my eyes in two swoops and although it looked great in a hand mirror immediately after, I was horrified when I caught my reflection later. It quickly settled and accentuated every line under my eyes. It may be that he applied way too much product and I already had makeup on too. It isn’t like I can return it so I will play around with it and hopefully get a better result. It looks beautiful on you! 😍

Definitely if you use too much it will crease like crazy and it's not the best over makeup. (I've noticed that it's not great over itself after a few hours lol). 😫 But work with it and I hope you'll find a way to like it. 🤞🏼🤞🏼 Happy Sunday❤💋

Tara Lynn I tried it today and so far so good. This may work it’s way into top rotation. Another thing that’s different is he chose Cedar for me - light neutral with peach undertones. I always buy porcelain or light with yellow undertones. I think I will wind up really liking this concealer and I love the new brush hourglass designed to go with it.

The sheen this gave was so beautiful. 😍 I have to wear a corrector before my concealer. I'm just wondering how this would perform with that style of application 🤔🤔🤔. In the UK, products cannot be returned (unless they are faulty), so it becomes a costly mistake the concealer fails. This is a MASSIVE request Tara, but is there any way that when you test concealers you include using a corrector under them? I would be so, so grateful. And, I've got to say, I'm always astounded at the thoroughness of your reviews. The cost comparisons are really useful. Thank you Tara for working SO hard for us. 💖💖💖💖

Hi Tara Lynn, heartfelt thanks for your best wishes and sadness. concern re the Australian bushfires. I'm an Aussie and myself and all Australians greatly appreciate all the well wishes from all over the world and the wonderful amazing firefighters from America, Canada, New Zealand who have come to help. It really is devastating. If you overlay Australia and the USA, Australia is fractionally larger so it's like the whole of the American east coast to lower midwest is on fire. We have lost so many homes and towns, lives to date 24, our beautiful forests and parks not to mention millions of wildlife and farming animals and crops. It's not climate change as the left, greenies eg our Labor and Greens parties whom legislated a couple of decades ago to not allow backburning in winter as well as farm animals to graze these areas thereby letting decades worth of dry built up forest fuel to accumulate but also so far over 200 arsonist charges have been laid and that's just the ones they've caught. Imagine 200 + less fires being started! One was lit by an Extinction Rebellion protestor and guessing so many more by Climate Change agenda pushing people. We have had worse fires since the early 1800's and even as late as 1960's, 1983 where nearly 200 people lost their lives and that was when backburning was taking place and no global warming existed. 2009 was another year for devastating fires as well. Love your vlogs, never miss them, you are fantastic!! xo's

@joanna lody fellow Aussie here! Thanking everyone for their donations and well wishes - we really appreciate it. The fires have been going since September and reports are now saying the fires could continue to burn for another 2 months. Our Australian Capital City, Canberra, has essentially 'closed' with everyone being told not to go to work and one airline cancelled all flights to Canberra on Sunday. Canberra is currently ranked as having the worlds worst air quality at the moment with many Australian cities not far behind. It's devastating and heartbreaking for us all. I'm ex AFP Officer, worked and lived in Canberra for many years and my son is high up in the AFP, lives in Higgins but luckily is posted to Washington USA for next couple of years. The fires there before pre 2010 (forget exactly the year) that broke out Stromlo forest and burnt down homes in the Weston area were bad enough...my ex came a few houses from losing his home, was away visiting family and had my sons cat boarding at the local Vets which sadly burnt down and all the animals died. It's so devastating and sad and we need all the help we can get, it all adds up. Stay safe Mel xo's

@@joannalody9077 I'm based in Brisbane but used to live in Canberra. I was supposed to fly down on Sunday but Qantas cancelled all flights, and all government departments are closed and everyone is being told to stay home and not go to work. In September I flew to Cairns from Brisbane and it was just smoke the entire way up from the fires in Queensland. I was in Canberra last month and the smoke was even worse. We have evacuation plans in place if we need to evacuate as we had some close calls last month in Brisbane so trying to be prepared as much as possible. And investigating purchasing face masks for the smoke! Stay safe! xx

Great video !! I turned 40 today and I need a new concealer. Lol. I do not like matte concealer at all as I hate the way it looks. I would prefer a radiant creamy concealer. I currently do not use concealer because I haven’t found one that works. But I really love the way this looks on you and we have the same skin concerns. Will definitely pick this up. 😊

Okay, I'm sold! I am so sad I can't seem to get this in the UK at the moment though. You've already got me into the hourglass loose powder and you've been so helpful with application tips recently that I just have to trust you on this concealer! After I filmed this, I found a few tips that makes it the best results. But it only takes the smallest amount, and blend it out. Adding more as needed😁But it's such a beautiful Concealer. I hope it works well for you❤️ p.s. crazy how old this video is, wow, time flies🤪

That looked great on you & the color was PERFECT!! Can I ask you if you layered it at all? Have you tried adding product later in the day when you started noticing shadowing? I have dark circles so I like to go in with a couple very thin layers of concealer to try to keep it looking as natural as possible. Thank you for a wonderful video & all your help!! ❤️❤️

Looks beautiful Tara!! My fave is still the Tarte Creaseless Concealer but I may have to give this one a try. Do you think a peachy color corrector would sit well underneath of the Hourglass concealer? I need that extra coverage to conceal dark circles. I like the luminosity and the fact that it doesn't require powder to set. Thanks Tara👍❤

Beachfrost hi ! I own this one and I use the Sephora peach color corrector and it is perfection with the concealer. This concealer just kicked all my other concealers to the curb lol.
