It may not be aesthetically pleasing but I think it’s important to keep a plunger in every bathroom and save your guests the embarrassment of having to ask for one.

Maybe leave the top drawer empty with only the containers so guests have somewhere to put their own toiletries. I appreciated drawer storage when I stayed in an AirbNb for a few days since counter-space was limited.

Be sure to have Chase show us how he hangs your television in the living room. I want to hang ours in the family room up over the fireplace, but it's stone all the way up to the ceiling. GO CHASE! LOL. I love your videos so much!❤❤

I absolutely love how everything is turning out. As for the lamp situation I love how it looks now but if you ever want to change it to a black one, you could always just paint the concrete part black. Pillows always seem to make the space more comfortable but I do like the less is more option. The guest bathroom looks great, I would have gotten rid of the bowl too.

Ashley and Chase this is one of the nicest “guest bedrooms” I’ve ever seen. So welcoming & peaceful! When we built in 2019/2020 I asked for a laundry room off the entry hall (from garage) so we can close the door. I absolutely love it & will never go (if I can help it) to a pass thru.

The guest bedroom/bath/closet are represented so nicely -- you do a wonderful job organizing & Chase is the best handyman there is! Quite a few RU-vidrs say "I'm going with less is more..." only to fill every space to the max. Lol, you are true to your word and know how to make things functional, flow, and still look inviting and put together in the process. A pleasure to watch your videos. The new home is magnificent!

You could fill the space in the dental drawer with a square bin for dental floss and special dental tools for between teeth etc. I have mine set that way and it works great! Love your new house!

LOVE! I have those shower rod holders and the peel and stick didn't work. After a while they kept falling so, we ended up screwing them in and I LOVE them! Wish mine would stick, but so glad you have the option because those are game changers for the shower rod! 😊

Happy 4th of July Ashley. And once again you did an amazing job on the guest bedroom. I would take the extra 2 pillows off. I have never seen those pillows that are firm on one side and soft on the other side. Love the way you did your bathroom, but one thing that it does need is a plunger (just in cases something happens). I would have taken the bowl away too.
