Myself, my 3 sisters my daughter and her girlfriend all went to see Barbie, made a night of it as we went for something to eat first, and we went with no expectations at all. We all absolutely loved it, it starts off a bit cheesy, but the messages behind it are amazing and we all found it hilarious 😂 so glad we went xx all wore pink had a fab night. We all aged between 27 and 57 xxx you should find a few girlfriends and definitely go see it xxx

Hi Freya, I really like your new jewellery and love that you got yours, Tom's and Barney's star signs. I absolutely love a trench coat, in fact I am looking for one at the moment. The green skirt was a beautiful colour, the two black dresses you look fabulous in, I liked the shirt and of course the trench coat. I kind of thought you would maybe get the pumpkin plates or the big pumpkin candle, they are lovely as is the wooden pumpkin dish. x

For the cast iron skillet etc use red hot water, squirt of dish soap and a brillo pad (wire wool) put the red hot water and dish soap in, leave to soak for a while, then tip some out and use the brillo pad to scrub it

Baking soda. White vinger some washing up liquid mix up in a bowl then apply to your pan. Good for burnt pots many other cleaning jobs x

Think you are going to the wrong cinema Freya. My friend and I go to the Regency Cinema at Marple not very far from you. The tickets are £5.50 each and Oppenheimer is on at the moment. We saw mission impossible and WOW brilliant film. It is one of the very few old fashioned cinemas that has survived. And the lovely Indian gentleman that owns it stands by the door to thank you for coming when you leave. Give it a go they even come round with the ice cream at the interval 🤩

Ok…. (If your cast iron is the same as cast iron in Canada) If you have a plain UNFINISHED BLACK cast iron pan/pot… you have to “season” it first and it will wipe clean with JUST water (NO SOAP) when cleaning. (It will become non stick the more you use it-always use oil before putting food in) If your cast iron has a coating on it, you just soak for a bit wit hot water, then use a non scouring sponge/cloth with dish soap for cleanup. (Don’t worry if these discolour over time- completely expected)

Freya- I clean my cast iron pans by heating water in them to a simmer and add a little dish soap. Scrub if necessary with non scratching pad. Rinse and dry well with paper towels. To prolong the seasoned surface, I coat the inside of the pan with oil and heat it in the oven for ~10minutes , let cool and put away.

I spotted the Amber jug (£20 ) when I picked up my lamps fell for it straight away may get it next month. I enjoyed Barbie in fact she'd a tear at the end ,we're all different.I liked the botanical range but prefere displays I can refresh rather than fixed.

If your cast iron is really dirty, add water to it and bring to a boil. I usually add a dash of dish soap to it prior to boiling but be aware that will remove your coating on the cast iron that prevents sticking. I scrap with a spatula to remove food while the water is still hot.

The best for cast iron is to get either steel wool or a piece of chainmail that is for cleaning it. Soaking it like you had in the video will rust it.

I believe youcan find a video on RU-vid that walks you thre how to care for your cast iron pans. Here in the U.S. those things are passed down for generations in families. If treated properly, you never use water or soap to clean them.

Don't let cast iron soak. You can use dry salt and then rinse. To my dad's dismay I used washing up liquid. You can always re season. When dry use a paper towel ,kitchen roll, and rub a little cooking oil around the inside of the pan. Put it on the "hob" on very low heat. When smoke starts move pan off heat and turn off stove.

Loose washing powder, throw a measurement into pan with boiling water leave to cool, was up. Also works with washing oven racks, same procedure. Just clean off with srub daddy, stops scratching

Think you have to season cast iron skillets. You just wioe them out in-between. Also tle the white plates back. They arent what you were expecting and you probably won't like them, so get your money back and look for an alternative that you will like

I popped into Next yesterday they were just putting out their Autumn ware but I spotted a great Pumpkin Spice lounge set. I got some sachets of Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte from Sostrene Grene. So yummy but feel not everyone would like them.
