May I ask one or two questions. After baking for the second time of your " Shell shortbread With Nuts" . I have questions. - Is it the soft or hard shortbread. ( cracked or soft .) Do we have to puncture dough before baking ? If we do that , will it help the inside dough drier and taste better. Now baked - dough is a little moist.
