Actually, cholesterol is the silent killer that is not affiliated in any way with body mass or obesity. I knew a thin guy with a cholesterol level of almost 300 and he hadn't an ounce of fat. It was a function of his metabolism.

He pushed the fat stuff way to long it was awkward to watch. I used to be 350 pounds myself and Im now and have been 190 pounds for the last 12 years. People used to joke and I would act the same way as if it didn’t bother me but after awhile when it’s consistently a focus or talking point while people laugh it hurts your feelings. It’s good motivation and he definitely needs to figure his weight problem out but I doubt he goes home feeling good about most of his interview on national television being fat jokes while the crowd laughs at your expense. Especially when your a governor and there are plenty of other things to talk about. Yeah I know I went on a rant but I couldn’t help but feel horrible for Chris Christie.
