Hi Tommy First, thanks for you build videos, which i find very inspiring. Second, i couldn't resist smiling when you explained the reason for buying the Double Wingnut Wings kit- i did exactly the the same, also because of the Camel. Like you i do not feel ready for the challenge yet, but will be ready later in my building career. I am back after building a lot in the seventies and eighties. Myself a model 1963. Thank You Lars

Glad to see the smaller scale kits. I live in a small place and don't have room to display big builds.

The aftermarket parts will work for the gripen as the revell kit is italeri tool.

I wonder how good are the new Italeri releases. I spent my childhood building their kits as toys and always liked them, but when I built their P-51D in 1/72, I wasn't particularly impressed. Tornado is the second best looking swing wing aircraft of all time. I had one (one of my early Italeri "projects" but that one was painted) but I really should build one proper one day.

I have a couple of Italeri-kits in my stash, but I haven't built any of them yet. From the build-logs I have seen they seem to require a lot of work :)
