I came off when learning to ride while doing slow speed manoeuvres. I can say without a doubt that the scaphoid armour does the trick. It slid on the tarmac, and I was uninjured. Had I been wearing my leather gloves, I think I would have hurt my hand/wrist.

Great gloves for the price. Wanted a primarily leather glove for british spring/summer/autumn, with good protection. Tried dozens of gloves from different manufacturers (including some very expensive ones) but these were the most comfortable by a fair margin. Fit is obviously a very subjective thing. I'd usually buy Held, which are comparable at this price point. Boa fastening is a big plus for a relatively short cuffed glove. Don't look too clunky considering the level of protection.

Your website only mentions CE approved in the description. Please add CE levels to the descriptions.

I find this frustrating too - and it's all the big online sellers, not just this one. I wonder if they are bowing to pressure from the more expensive brands which don't seem to get the rating more value brands do? EG - Oxford have a lv 2 glove...

@@thebrowns5337 yeah I don’t care about the fact that the description says that it’s CE certified. It’s a mandatory minimum requirement for motorcycle gear so all gear should be certified. (At least gear sold in Europe). What is interesting if only the minimum level 1 or A is achieved, or of they achieved a higher level. Would be even better if the achieved level is entered in a specific field instead of the description, so then you could filter search results on the CE level. Bennet has high performance awards for level 2 and AAA certified gear and even exceeding AAA. But unfortunately many products are not listed there yet. I hope manufacturers will start to see the marketing value of level 2 or AAA rated gear to increase sales.

Would these be acceptable for 80-90 degree weather? I know these are “summer gloves” on your website, but “summer” on the US East coast is quite a bit hotter on average, I think! Thanks very much. I think the textile Orsa 4 seems better for summer weather, but they are sold out. : (
