Review on the Knox ladies Willow rain jacket & The Knox unisex water proof trousers . Lisa has had them both for over a year now. She has put them through their paces.
Hi Lisa, Can i offer a quick tip for getting rain over trousers on while wearing M/C boots. Just pack in your rain gear pouch a very thin plastic shopping bag similar to the blue bags you get in the off-licence (doesn't have to be blue then people won't know you've a drink problem lol ). Ok slip it over your boot (the bag) pust your leg down the rain trouser with no sticking obstruction repeat for other leg job done , Mark cant shout at you , Simples !!! , Regards Robert & Carolyn. Been touring for 40 years and sometimes the simplest things work. Guarantee you'll do it in less than a minute.
Hi, we remember riding back from Berlin & we have never seen rain like it never mind riding init. It was that wet the bike stopped in the middle lane , every thing i had one was soaked & when we stopped at a cafe to get a hot drink Vanessa said her left foot was a bit damp . Now we try and carry waterproofs !!!
I don't know abou the Knox waterproofs, never used them (but everything Knox I've used has been spot on) but I'd add Scott Ergo Pro waterproofs to the list of things that actually work.. Strechy too, which is nice. Ten hours is torrential French rain and bone dry underneath, incredible.
Super frustrating. My exerpeince so far with the jacket has been nothing but terrible 😂 I've been wet on my shoulders every time. Wrote to Knox and sadly they won't give me a refund / exchange
@@MarkMcQueen515 that’s unreal , and bang out of order , it must have a fault . I got the men’s one and we done 10 hours straight of torrential rain and winds in France we both had zero get through , not a drop .. bone dry . I am so impressed. That sucks you’ve had bad experience and their customer support is that shit .
I know Mark always said nothing is truly waterproof- but we’ve just got back from France and on one day I spent about 7 hours in the pouring rain!! And I was bone dry , so amazing!! Mark has just bought the same jacket and couldn’t believe how good it is ….. 😊
