My C3 hangs up on restart after over-the-air update for the past 3 updates, and it doesn’t turn normally on unless I unplug it. After plugging it again, it starts up normally and I get the message of successful installation. I had to do this with this version too, so that’s normal for me!

lust do a factory reset when installing a new tv. sometimes there a problems when doing not. Like calibration problems or in your case a sw update.

I just installed 13.30.56, skipped the last few updates, because LG updates are scary like you said. I only updated because whatever version I was on wasn’t playing nice with the LG soundbar which LG pushed an update to about 7 months ago. That update was pushed couldn’t stop it and has been pure crap. So this new update for the C3 hung for a long time on the web OS screen but didn’t do anything funky. Whole new interface on the start up screen, it’s like a Home Screen now and you have to click on what app or device you want every time. Good thing is it didn’t change all my settings. I really really really want to either roll back the update on my sound bar or have them update and fix it…😡lol

Updates, Really wish there are two LG C3 screens, one with the firmware came with it. Another one always up date to the latest, see if the colors are gonna change, or system is gonna slow down bit by bit.....because I always think that LG gonna decrease the vibrant colors to the old model than you could get a new "Better" one.

The update for me updated the Dolby Vision from 32.12 to 32.19. Also, TV updated to 03.31.82 from 03.31.46 and WebOS TV Version 8.3.10-3607

I got the update message today and I am afraid I wont be able to use the service menu after the update with the service remote , I am on 03.31.45 and have all the service menu feature available , don't know if they will still be available after this update , if you did the update please leave a message or video about this update, thank you!

Did anyone notice Dolby Vision Cinema mode get brighter on their G3 after this update or is it just me?

This update went without any issue on my LG G3... all it took was 10 seconds
