These are plotting worse than Masjid Ad-Diraar. They are not Muslims. Mocking the Deen (religion) is ridda (apostasy) and likewise is Istihlaal (making what Allah forbade lawful). Allah ﷻ called it disbelief. What we are witnessing today, then similar Fitan (trials) already occured in the lifetime of Rasulullah ﷺ. In order for you to relate with it and increase in Eemaan and that the Qur'an is the absolute truth with certainty. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said, وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مَسْجِدًا ضِرَارًا وَكُفْرًا وَتَفْرِيقًا بَيْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَإِرْصَادًا لِّمَنْ حَارَبَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ مِن قَبْلُ ۚ وَلَيَحْلِفُنَّ إِنْ أَرَدْنَا إِلَّا الْحُسْنَىٰ ۖ وَاللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ And as for those who put up Masjid Ad-Diraar (Mosque of dissent by way of harm) and disbelief and to disunite the believers and as an outpost for those who warred against Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad ﷺ) aforetime, they will indeed swear that their intention is nothing but good. Allah bears witness that they are certainly liars. لَا تَقُمْ فِيهِ أَبَدًا ۚ لَّمَسْجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَىٰ مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ أَحَقُّ أَن تَقُومَ فِيهِ ۚ فِيهِ رِجَالٌ يُحِبُّونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُوا ۚ وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُطَّهِّرِينَ Never stand you therein. Verily, the Mosque whose foundation was laid from the first day on piety is more worthy that you stand therein (to pray). In it are men who love to clean and to purify themselves. And Allah loves those who make themselves clean and pure [i.e. who clean their private parts with dust (which has the properties of soap) and water from urine and stools, after answering the call of nature]. أَفَمَنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَانَهُ عَلَىٰ تَقْوَىٰ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضْوَانٍ خَيْرٌ أَم مَّنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَانَهُ عَلَىٰ شَفَا جُرُفٍ هَارٍ فَانْهَارَ بِهِ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ ۗ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ Is it then he who laid the foundation of his building on piety to Allah and His Good Pleasure better, or he who laid the foundation of his building on the brink of an undetermined precipice ready to crumble down, so that it crumbled to pieces with him into the Fire of Jahannam. And Allah guides not the people who are the Zalimun (polytheist wrong-doers). لَا يَزَالُ بُنْيَانُهُمُ الَّذِي بَنَوْا رِيبَةً فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ إِلَّا أَن تَقَطَّعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ The building which they built will never cease to be a cause of hypocrisy and doubt in their hearts unless their hearts are cut to pieces (i.e. till they die). And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. [At-Taubah 9:107-110]

When I converted it really bothered me that women should pray separated / in the back but now I think it makes sooo much sense and I feel so much more comfortable. Especially with the motions of prayer it's not like you ate just sitting there like other religions. Same thing with sisters only meetings. I absolutely love it now. Now I see that I don't lose anything from it but I gained something from it.
I am so glad your heart recognized the wisdom behind segregation of the two (adult male & female), it is for goodness and purity and enhances ones' connection with The Creator. Yeah, we naturally can only understand something that make sense to us, but we do not know what make sense for Allah without learning it before hand. We have something like this kind of temple in Germany (Berlin) too. Heard that no one is actually going there to pray. 🤣 I guess that there is no attraction for "liberal islam" because you can do whatever you want, whatever you like and make up your own rulings or no rulings at all, so that in the end you can make up your own religion. And that's not really interesting or inviting at all.

During the Qatar scoccer event, in Bavaria, our "international politics" teacher legit just recently bought the Quran and in a couple of weeks made the statement: " *that homosexuality is up to interpretation in the Quran and it is too ambiguous and unclear to make a ruling on it.* " I was devastated, appalled and angry. Not only was this guy - BTW his sources were some cherry picked verses from Surah An-Nisa and a western(German) Arabian-culture/history researcher (Googled him). - using biased half-baked "research" from non-Muslim sources but also propagating it towards a class where there are minors and about 98% non-Muslims themselves. So I had to sit in the room and listen to this nonsense, ya Allah, a sister of our religion was also in this class but perhaps to her blessing mashallah she didn't have to listen to it as she was absent from the day that day.

this is what happens if we only guide them to recite the shahada but do not teach them fiqh, Muslims should be in congregation and have people who understand knowledge, so that individuals do not interpret the Koran at random and become heretics or even worse become khawarij. I would suggest to not tell people to shut up even if they were pagans .
