Today is all about goals for me. I have worked some places where there are no clear goals and found that really difficult. I work so much better with clearer goals. Great video! Love the idea of fixing the problem rather than the symptom.

Hey Karly, I'm so sorry I didn't see this message earlier. I absolutely agree that we work much better when we know what's expected of us. I cannot take credit though for the problem vs symptom lol. Keith Cunningham has a great book called the road less stupid - he talks about it in there. I think this is a brilliant book for any business owner and leader.

Hey Justine! I'm really sorry I'm now seeing your message! I have no idea why I seem to not be getting alerts. Yasss - honestly that was the one nugget I really wanted to share. That process is not my own lol. I stole it from the book - the road less stupid by keith cunningham. He talks about this is the business setting for a ceo. But I thought it was brilliant for anyone who is leading the charge of setting goals and holding people accountable to the outcomes. You should def check out the book!
