It depends on the segment. The A45 sounds worse than the RS3, the S AMGs not as good as the M760Li and the AMG GTR not as good as the 911 GT3 and the SVR. Also the GLE AMG not as good as the SVR.

Yeah you're right the RS3 (mostly regarded as the best sounding hatch on the market), the 911 GT3 (revving to 9000rpm, one of the best sounding cars out there), the F-Type and Range Rover SVR (which engine is universally praised for its characteristic sound) have such a shit exhaust note amiright haha what an idiot i am. zarbon700 oddly enough, I have a 2011 E550 with every option from the drivers assistance package, up to the parktonic sensors. Only option my car is missing is the panoramic roof, and never have I had an issue with my car that wasn't normal wear and tear.

My beautiful and amazing mistress look at the interior at least yo it has wayyyyy attractive, luxurious and unique design than the 5 series😂 The 5 didn't bring HUGE design changes the way the e has brought. look for yourself PROPERLY. Exterior could be arguable but the interior definitely goes to the e. Hats off Mercedes.

it is wider, more agressive hood, more agressive bumpers, seats that standard amg package or e43 and if you spec magno grey color it looks too sick

The W212 E63 pre facelift looked so special, i loved that "muscle" character line done above the rear wheel arches,sadly this didn't translate into the W213. While the W213 is not a bad looking car at all it doesn't look that special and it doesn't look any different than a normal E class with the AMG pack (this shitty trend is happening with everyone: See Audi S/RS,BMW M,etc)

Kaipeternicolas the gearbox in the amg gt is the same one as in the Ferrari 458 so it would undoubtably be faster shifting and its a dual clutch the reason why they didn't use it in this car is that the gearbox wouldn't be able to manage all that torque. The torque would literally shatter that gearbox maybe the gearbox in the s63 would have been better imo

Cammy John The AMG GT and the 458 both share the Getrag hardware, but have completely different software etc. I know why they don't use it in their regular cars, I test cars as well and write about them, make videos etc. However, other companies find a way around, but Mercedes AMG just doesn't seem to care enough.

It's not partial AWD on the Polestar cars... The S60 Polestar is a brilliant car. A lot of grip even on a wet track. Only thing that needs to be improved is the gearbox.

The outgoing E63 with laun h control did it in 3.3s if you search it on RU-vid (E63 amg launch control) it should be the second or 3rd video with the thumbnail showing the speed and rev counter. But yeah know one knows what it actually does everyone tells you differnt numbers.

Not all gears are used sequentually - if usefull, the automatic skips a gear. The engine has also a automatic cylinder shutdown wich lets drive the car only on 4 cylinder if no power is needed, here the gearbox selects the fiting gear for fuel economy.

Yeah,well the Mercs previous to W205 AMG (turning point in terms of dynamics) were all about big engines,raw power,sound and not so much handling.As i said with the W205 AMG they are leaving that characteristic and focusing more on the M style.

Dont they both share basically the same engine with the C class being detuned? Renntech are already have a stage 2 for the C63S that goes over 700hp. Pretty sure that would just be a riot for the tires to handle coming out of every single corner.

d1pz9 I'm just saying that it's unlikely that AMG will release a C class with the same tune level as that E class. They had the chance in the last few years to do that and never did. I don't expect they will now either.

They wont, lower end models pretty much never interfere with the upper models but the point was if you are looking to do that you could go to an aftermarket tuning company and squeeze the rest of what that engine offers because you already know its got the potential, unlike some engines that you couldnt know for certain how far they can go
