Have to say I think I prefer the 400d to the 63amg. Can’t believe I’m saying that! But it feels right.

For sure. The G550 is the sweet spot. The G is not a sports car. The G63 is stupid.

The G-class doesn’t have air suspension, it can’t be lowered or raised. But it has adjustable suspension tho

Yes , it will always be an icon. It is a pity that some negative details haven’t been fixed with the model update. The car is huge but offers very little legspace in the second row. Also there is no storage facility in the trunk , except a small net. Also the wind noise is still present. Unfortunately it is not possible to order the car without a spare tire mounted on the back door. Myself , I owned three G wagon , so I can judge all these issues. But still a nice car to drive. 😊

How is it possible you are driving this car with a fuel consumption between 7-8 liters? I have the 400D and it is impossible! To reach a level below 10 litres

Mercedes advertises this car with a consumption of 11.6. So 7-8 is just possible rolling down a mountain 😅

The car doesn't have air suspension. (Coils and shocks)

This stole the G63's thunder ⚡. There's an endless catapult in the bell housing and it can reverse the rotation of the earth when you tie it to a Californian redwood. This G Spot will embed a non-removable grin on your face. After having driven them, I know that even the buttons on the dashboard are solid metal.
